I love coming here to get my hair done! I have my hair done by Charlotte, I usually just have my hair trimmed and tidied up, but if I asks for suggestions on my hairstyle, she makes great suggestions on little changes to make my style suit me well.
As I'm trying to grow my hair quite long, she has recommended excellent products to protect my hair and help it grow.
You get an excellent service from start to finish here, complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits while you're there, a very relaxing experience.
I always leave feeling pampered!

Excellent colour and cut by charlotte once again, great service always feel 10 Years younger when I leave!

Alicja coloured my hair for the second time tonight; she was friendly, assertive and very professional! I was well looked after throughout my visit and felt I could put 100% trust in the salon.
As always, all the girls at T&W were extremely helpful during my visit this evening, especially Georgina who went the extra mile to ensure I used my loyalty card correctly before the new points system.

I've just had my 3rd visit to Turner and Warren, but it was my first appointment with Frankie. She was absolutely fantastic, understood exactly what I wanted! She's a perfectionist and I could tell how passionate she is about hairdressing!
Turner and Warren is the only salon that I have ever been to that I have came out feeling 100% happy! I really cannot recommend them enough!

Everytime I need my hair doing, I always look forward to going to Turner and Warren. It's such a luxury treat for me as bit only am I always satisfied with my hair at the end but I know I will always be looked after by the friendly staff. I have had at least four different stylists work on my hair and I would happy to book in with any of them. I'm always offered a drink on arrival and they keep it topped up throughout my stay. Whilst working on my hair I am offered advice on how to maintain healthy hair whilst at home and recommended different products, some of which I had bought from the salon. I'm a big fan on the colour booster shampoos they provide! I would recommend the salon to anyone. Many thanks to everyone who has worked on my hair.

Georgia is such a lovely person and is always happy to listen to what you want and to advise you on what she thinks would be best for you. I was my first experience with Turner & Warren. Everyone was so welcoming. Frankie and Christie did a fantastic job correcting my DIY home colour mistakes. Looking forward to my next appointment with them. They really know their stuff about hair, I can highly recommend!

Disappointed : minimal communication from hairdresser.
No reaction when I informed her I am allergic to lavender that I could tell was in shampoo.
When I got home I found hair cut in different lengths. And this is for a wedding

Over the years I have had my hair coloured at numerous salons but this was the best colour, service I have ever had.

Great wash, cut and blow dry. Managed to chill out even though my kids were with me! Friendly, welcoming staff with loads of tips for keeping my hair looking great between visits.

The best salon in town. From the atmosphere to the stylists. All the stylists are friendly educated and very professional. There knowledge is up to date and currant. Price are fair and worthy of the service with is outstanding
