Just had my hair done by one of the trainees, and I loved it!!!All the work done was fully supervised by one of the seniors and the result was amazing××

My hair is far from easy (thick, unruly and naturally curly) but Julie works her magic every time! ?

Had highlights and trim today my hair looks amazing and every one loves it .

The first thing about this salon is the friendly greeting from everyone, it really is a welcoming place. The stylists love their work and are interested in you and what you want. I have my hair coloured, cut and blow dried there and couldn’t be happier ?

Ivy cut my hair and she did a brilliant job, she really listened to what I asked for and talked me through everything she was doing - the end result looks great, thank you!

Vee and Julie have over the last two years transformed my hair in terms of colouring and addressing the increasing white and grey hair. The service and ambience is excellent, always a friendly welcome and good advice.

Ivy was brilliant - friendly but very professional in her assessment of what my hair needed. Instead of just repeating the same colour as my previous hairdressers, she worked out what I actually wanted and how to get there. My hair looks better than it has in years - and I truly believe it will look even better with regular appointments.

It's always a bit nerve-wracking going to a new salon but I've been so impressed by the friendly welcome, excellent staff and knowledge at Aurora that I've already pre-booked my next appointment!

Really love having my hair done here and so does my daughter, I have followed Juile from when she worked in a Duston Salon over 6/7yrs ago if not longer. She is such a lovely person and we have become to know each other well and is always understanding and is so patient with me (when I'm late which has been a few times ? sorry) and always somehow fits me in too. All the other Stylists are very friendly too and highly recommend all off them as they have be nurtured by two fabulous ladies Julie and Viv.

Vee is a fantastic hair dresser and color stylist. Her knowledge about hair and style has helped me make decisions throughout the years and she always gives an honest opinion. I am very particular about color (I’m blonde) and I love how Vee does my highlights. I love going to the salon - it’s welcoming and friendly and everyone is professional. I recommend Vee with 5 stars!

Ivy was so lovely, my hair was so uneven and I just wanted it blended and freshened up abit and that’s exactly what she did.
Ivy continuously told me what she is doing throughout my cut and made sure I was happy with every step and indeed I was. I was offered drinks even after I rejected first time, which was nice of them! All the ladies were lovely and smiles all round! Totally worth the money.
I really enjoyed my first time that I booked a future appointment and I am looking forward to it. Thank you!
