Thank you for your feedback and for your continued loyalty to our salon since we opened in Weston Favell. We greatly value your patronage and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.
I would like to clarify that we review our prices only once a year. Prior to any increase, we always notify all our clients for whom we have email addresses, and we also post the information on our social media channels to ensure everyone is informed.
Regarding the pricing for your son’s visit last Saturday, the reason you were charged more is that our 20% discount for children is available from Monday to Thursday only. Our salon is particularly busy on weekends, and the discount is offered as an incentive to encourage visits during the less busy times.
We understand your suggestion about offering a reduced rate for children throughout the week and will certainly take it into consideration for future planning.
