It was my first time at DG's. All the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Leah cut and blow dryed my hair and I was very happy with it. Leah was very friendly and chatty.

Excellent service and a good cut and blow dry. The salon is a bit noisy at times and the music was a bit loud so I couldn't always hear what Rachel was saying.

I had a really delightful time at the salon this morning. I was made to feel part of the whole salon. Daniel dancing to his charitable boxing match entrance song, the lovely girl who washed my hair talking about her wonderful new, first car but mostly the fabulous chat with Jade about Turkey, he upcoming Thai charity trip and oh, let me not forget the super hairdo that I walked out with. Thank you one and all. FABULOUS!!

I'm so pleased with my hair cut and colour. Jade is so lovely, friendly and attentative and makes you feel at ease. She always listens to what you want and advises too. All the team are very friendly, professional and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Their refreshments are lovely too. I really would recommend to anyone.

Leah was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. When having foils out it seemed like the never ending story I was over at the sink for ages literaly a few foils out then another 10 mins later then a few more I know it’s important to get the colour right but what disappointed me the most when the trainee was taking pictures on her mobile to send to Leah to see if the foils could come out this happened I think two or three times!! I personally thought this was unprofessional and not what I expect coming to a salon paying salon prices i would expect the stylist to come and check in person as has always happened!!
Leah did do a great job and I was very happy with my overall colour and cut but the removal of the foils just didn’t sit well and not what I expected from this salon!!

The atmosphere was lovely, professional cut however poor communication. I wanted to keep my natural hair, I advised that my priority is condition of my hair and not my look so I only needed a little help to maintain my 8 cm roots namely few tiny highlights. I end up having half head done, half of my hair totally bleached. This is not what I wanted. I look more presentable however my hair is already dry and this is exactly what I wanted to avoid.

Cannot say how well the therapists in this place cut, colour and style hair. I always come out feeling absolutely fabulous and find the whole salon experience thoroughly enjoyable. Cannot r3co.mend enough!

It was my first time getting my hair done at DG and the service I received was nothing less than amazing. The staff were amazing, the treatment was perfect and Chloe was amazing throughout. She did a brilliant job on getting my hair back to my natural colour and giving my hair new life again. Just booked again and will not be going anywhere else in the future
