G&E McIntyres

Been a loyal customer since I met Karis a couple of months ago. She’s the only one who I can trust in maintaining my short hair ever since. Been to a lot of places before finding this salon, and this is the only place that brought my hair’s shape back to how it’s supposed to be. She’s very patient, very polite and makes sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with their service. This salon and their staff service is top notch.

Phoebe and Karis were absolutely amazing today. The salon is brilliant…the reception, atmosphere, questions eg glasses covers and, attention to detail overall is exceptional.

I came in with very block blonde hair and wanted to go darker, Karis was great with her advise on colour and I absolutely loved the results. Will deffo book again with Karis.

Cyd is amazing she always cuts and colours my hair exactly how I like it she also cuts my hubbys hair which he always likes. Great salon very friendly and professional staff always. Would highly recommend G&E fab Christmas decorations.

Great cut and service

Just wanted to say how great my experience was today with Karis.

Karis was attentive and listened to everything I asked for, and made sure that I left 100% happy. You could tell she really took pride in what she was doing, and I felt really confident sitting there having a lot of hair cut off. She checked in with me regularly, and made sure I was happy the whole way through.

I have been trying to find a new hairdresser after having the same one for a very long time, and have been to your salon before and enjoyed my experience, but I felt that I should let you know that Karis is definitely someone I will use again in the future, she really was someone who deserves some positive recognition!

Again I have left the salon feeling a new woman. Korey, you understood exactly what I wanted and I’ve left feeling a million dollars! Thank you for your skill, talent and amazing work xx

Meeting Lucy today was a breath of fresh air. She exudes confidence and I felt I could be honest about my hair and what I wanted from my restyle. She listened carefully and without judgement, and then offered me her advice and expertise. I felt reassured that she would cut and style my hair in a way that would suit me. Which she did!
( Her head massage was also next level!)
Will definitely be back to see her in the future.

Everything was fine. The salon was quiet due to holidays and that was OK. Phoebe was very attentive and cut my hair very well. I am extremely pleased with the result.

Another lovely hour spent at G&E McIntyres, great haircut, great atmosphere, lovely people.

After securing my first ever ‘professional full head colour’ with Lucy about 6 weeks ago she had to reassure me ‘a lot’ about the colour processes I had today and use of partial foils. The word bleach had ‘freaked’ me little as I have very dark brown hair… she was amazing! Lucy talked me through the procedure, explained how it works, the toner process and after-care. Seriously, if you like me are getting a visit from the grey hair fairy more often - come to this salon and be transformed. I’m 53 and wished I’d done it much earlier…

Totally new cut and change of colour - looks amazing

I had Korey and Mitch today, a fabulous duo with their knowledge and experience combined they are unstoppable! My hair looks amazing but more than that they are both great people who listen without judgement and made me feel better about life. Hair and mental health winning today thanks to them!

Appointment booked with Julie who was very polite and courteous and asked about my wellbeing - nice that she remembered me and took the time.
On arrival at the salon the girls were very welcoming and offered refreshments.
Korey was punctual,friendly and I am extremely pleased with my haircut.
The team at GE McIntyres always go the extra mile.

Unable to see Mitch today however Gavin was great I don't have the easiest if hair to deal with but left the salon with it looking really nice as always. Thank you x

My appointment had been bought forward as I was struggling and couldn't get my style right. Gavin listened to the issues I was having and factored in all the problems. he discussed the options with me and made sure I was happy. He then restyled my hair, offering tips on how to blow dry to get the best result. Came away feeling much better. Since then, I have washed and dried my hair, using the tips Gavin had given me and it worked brilliantly. Really happy with the results.
In addition, I asked whether colouring my hair was an option and he was very honest with me. Its' not something that would be of benefit to me.

Just a quick review of my haircut today I was made to feel welcome and looked after by Karis she did a great job and was easy to walk to so could not ask for more I will definitely be coming back.

Booked with Karis, but the re style I asked for was a bit too technicall for Karis. So she asked Mitch for guidance. Mitch & Karis gave me a perfect re style.
