I felt a million dollars when I left. Everything is clearly explained and I was given lots of opportunities to input on each stage. My visit was topped off by the recognition of my birthday which was really appreciated. Whoever thought to buy the chairs at the wash station that let you have your legs is was truly inspired. I was tired and then relaxed so had a short snooze while my treatment was applied 🤣

It took me a long time to feel comfortable at a hair salon as I am a quiet person . Very reasonably priced, my hairdresser takes the time in understanding what I aim to achieve with my extensions

I’ve come away from my consultation feeling really well informed and excited for my appointment. Karis listened, understood and didn’t try and talk over me or talk me into something I didn’t want yet she was realistic and laid out clear expectations.

Mitch is great and I always come out of the salon loving my hair and Julie always makes you feel really welcome when you arrive and makes a lovely cup of coffee for you 🥰

I was impressed with the decor throughout and the cloakroom too. It was an enjoyable visit. My stylist was a nice, polite and very helpful and friendly and professional. She was an accomplished hair stylist. I'm sure 1 will be a regular customer to Cydney.

From the moment you step into the salon you are made to feel like part of the family. Always pleasantly greeted and well looked after. Mitch brilliant as ever styling my hair. Great team.

Amazing salon all the staff are very friendly it’s like visiting friends. Would highly recommend any of the stylists especially Cyd who colours and cuts my hair she always does it exactly how I like it she also cuts my hubbys hair. Also I am in a wheelchair and the salon is disabled friendly. In fact the staff bend over backwards to look after you.

Thank you Cyd once again for my hair colour. Next time I have this idea of changing, remind me that you know me and my hair best 🙄

Much needed restyle and root colour from Cyd, who asked plenty of questions to establish my requirements, resulting in what I wanted. Along with a warm welcome from all members of the salon as usual. Calm atmosphere even though everyone was busy.

Everything was very good. Phoebe had already had some handover information from Jess and she also checked and/or asked pertinent questions ensure I was happy with it all. She is a very professional stylist with a charming manner.
The result was extremely good and the whole experience was fine

Ella and the team were amazing! Such a great atmosphere in the salon and absolutely love my hair!

Ella was amazing. I booked in for a restyle after thinking about doing it for 2+ years. I booked it and took the plunge and went from waist length hair to a collar bone length bob. I advised what I wanted and the sort of style and Ella filled me with so much confidence I just let her get on with it. The results are amazing and I feel fantastic. Best I have felt in a LONG time.

I had a consultation with Michell about the hair systems. I was quite nervous about it as it is a big step but Mitchell was brilliant.

He answered all of my questions and was reassuring about the procedure.

After the consultation I was so much more confident about my decision and know that I’m in safe hands with Mitchell.

Yesterday I had my roots, foils and toner on my hair and some layers put in by Cyd. I’ve been going to this salon for a few years now and everyone is just great. Cyd always listens to my ideas and together with her expertise I always love what she does. A very happy client 😊💕
