My stylist was Charlotte who was friendly and listened to what I wanted.for my hair she was helpfull regarding choosing the correct colours that would suit my face colouring . Charlotte also had knowledge of the styling products suitable for the condition of my hair being sold in the salon. I was pleased with the colour and cut .

I’m not sure if Katie is the new stylist taken over from Ashlee so hoping I’ve got her name right. I put her under pressure because I needed to get back to work and she took it all in her stride, she did a great job of my hair and I’d recommend her to my friends. Very happy ?

Teresa has gone out of her way to fit me in for a pre lockdown cut, she always listens to how I’d like my hair to look and styles my hair to my exact figment of imagination, fantastic stylist, funny and caring! And a big thanks to all the other Opus staff members always lovely to see you all.. I just Wouldn’t go anywhere else x

Katie my stylist is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and she goes out of her way to make sure my hair is just as I want it. Offering suggestions and ideas where needed. Our safety at this time is well considered and all precautions are being taken. Brilliant. Xx

Booked for 2 wet cuts, but ended up getting a cut and blow dry and a cut (no hair wash just sprayed) then being charged for a cut and blow dry and a dry cut (?). I couldn’t really afford £59 this time but felt I had little choice but to pay as I didn’t want to argue about it plus it was embarrassing. I thought my hair was being blow dried to check the cut, and feel as this was the stylists mistake she could have charged me for the wet cut I’d booked. On the previous appointment I was charged the same amount but my son had his washed n dried too but that didn’t happen this time, so I don’t feel pricing/service is very transparent or consistent. Both styles were cut too short, although mine is a nice cut, I did say I wanted to keep the length but it’s gone from shoulder length to short bob, hopefully it will grow quickly as it’s more daily maintenance now I can’t put it up. My son hates his cut as his long fringe which he wanted to keep is much shorter. Also I would of at least of expected a coffee having been there 2hrs, I thought probably with Covid this had been stopped but other clients were offered it. After coming for many years I feel it’s time for a change as the service isn’t what it used to be and I don’t feel like I get what I want/what booked in for on the last couple of visits.

Teresa and her team as usual made me feel extremely comfortable and pampered. Despite the restrictions in place it is still very much a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Opus.

Lovely and relaxing as always and Tilly (who is a little ray of sunshine and so happy and positive) did an amazing head massage which I’m still thinking about today. Lovely haircut and consultation with Teressa as always! And to top it of COFFEE!! Xxx

Have been a customer for over 5 years but today was my first appointment with Jade. Very professional and keen to listen to what I wanted. All of the staff were pleasant and ensured that I was made to feel welcome. Choice of background music not to my taste - probably an age thing!!

As usual Jade worked her magic on my twelve year old son to produce a look that he loved but school would be happy with ... and coffee for me while she did it

I LOVE my new hair extensions. I’ve never had so many positive comments in such a short space of time. So natural looking and got so many tips and advice from Jade.

Courtney did a great colour. I got home and my husband said it looked amazing and the best colour I’ve had yet!

Cannot rate Ashlee high enough. Has such a way with my little boy who usually very shy but requested we leave him alone with her haha. Such a lovely cut too, high recommend Ashlee for kids cuts.

Ashlee is brilliant, I leave all the decisions up to her and I’m always super happy with the results, she is amazing with colour and I always enjoy my time at the salon everyone is really friendly x
