Wonderful as always!

My cut and colour were done perfectly and the result was just how I wanted it. I told Jade that I needed it to last over Christmas, and it did ! I have walking difficulties and Jade and all the other staff were very kind and helpful to me.

Great stand in on an emergency. Great cut.

Katie has been styling my hair for 4 years and she has always done an amazing job!

Katie is helpful and listens and actually cuts his curly hair like a boy instead of a girls bob like other haitdressers have in the past. Thank you.

In all the years I have visited this salon I have not been disappointed. Service is excellent and always very satisfied with the end result.

Courtney was the sweetest girl, lovely conversation and just did a really lovely job. Went away so happy with my colour. Oh and a great head massage too just what I needed when I had a headache. I got asked if I wanted a drink but they didn’t have dairy free milk, one of the staff there had their soya milk and gave me some of theirs! Above and beyond!!

My regular hairdresser, although I travel away a lot, so occasionally need a tidy elsewhere. Great atmosphere, haircut, and armchair chat. They meet the challenge of my partial hair expertly. The skill is negotiating the edges. Jade rises to the task with aplomb. A cool stylish place for an old dude like me.

I love what Courtney and the tram have done to my hair. The service overall was fab, from the first phone call with a very lovely bubbly lady who understood and wasn’t patronising atall, to the consultation with Courtney being guided by the owner Teresa to the experience in the salon with some lovely staff all the way to the finished result, which i am so pleased with!
My first trip to Opus couldnt have been better. I have had so many rubbish experiences at other salons, where ive felt undermined and intimidated by some hairdressers with awful basic customer service skills...but not here. Courtney was super lovely and couldn’t have done more for me!
I will be back and will recommend!
