Having moved stylists from Katie, who is on maternity leave, to Jade to cut my hair, I cannot be more pleased. She listens to my requests and thoughts and interprets them perfectly. She also gives a great head massage!

First impressions is extremely important for me & is ultimately what will bring me back (or not) - Courtney (& Opus) have got me back every time because they’re super friendly, I’m always welcomed warmly, they’re all helpful and knowledgeable. There’s always consistent, quality service.
After an unfortunate experience from another establishment, Courtney spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect.

There’s always a very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we’ve all faced with the pandemic. Opus is always extremely clean!

This was the first time I had Tilly. She understood what I wanted and made some suggestions. I am very pleased with how my hair turned out. She’s lovely and chatty as well as being very competent.

Abbie did a lovely relaxing hair treatment and massage and even came to work early to accommodate me ❤️

Just love, love, love how Teresa knows exactly how to style my hair to perfection. She noticed that my fringe was rather heavy, so is working on restyling it as it grows. (It looks so much better). Am so pleased that I can get the products from the Salon that leave my hair feeling glossy and smooth. A special thank you to Abbie for the amazing hair wash and head massage, it was almost like she sensed that it was just what I needed, so just let me close my eyes and enjoy it. A great experience all round...never fails to please.

Lovely appointment with Jade for a wet hair cut. Love Jade to bits! She’s professional, funny, so easy to talk to. I asked her to cut more off my fringe. However, she talked me out of it as she knows I wouldn’t have liked it! Love Jade doing my hair. I trust her to do what’s right
