Excellent colours and service again, except that my back was soaked during the washing process and had to be dried with hair dryer as I was wet through to the skin

Charlotte listened to my daughter, when she had been reluctant to have her hair cut after a previous bad experience at another hairdresser. Chatlotte is a lovely girl and my daughter wants to go back to her so great all round.

Really good. Checked throughout I was happy and adapted as we went along. Great listener who made me feel comfortable and assured.

Tilly was very nice and talkative and really kind. She let me pick everything I wanted and gave me lots of options. She was also very patient and seemed really happy with what she did and complimented my choices. Overall very good and will definitely come back for more haircuts :]

Tilly always does a great blow dry, leaving you feeling so good.

Even though my hair is in between at the moment while it gets a bit longer, Teresa never fails to make it look amazing ?

So very pleased - Theresa is always so helpful and kind in all aspects Staff and everything at Opus is spot on also a friendly fun salon to be at, enjoyed my couple of hours there last night very relaxed!

Used to go into Northampton but now wouldn't go anywhere but Opus. Both Katie and Tilly do my hair and know it's strange quirks. They listen to my indecisiveness and always decipher what to do. It's great to see the trainees develop their confidence and expertise.

Jade, along with a tag team of Charlotte and Courtney performed a miracle in my hair! Last Jade spent time taking my hair to a darker colour. 18 months later, I decided I didn’t like being dark and wanted to go back blonde. I am so so happy with the way my hair has turned out. Well done girls. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Excellent telephone manner by Abby who organised a next day appointment ( as had a cancellation) in which I was thrilled. So good to be in the excellent hands of Teresa again after so long and as ever Teresa did not disappoint!! I absolutely love my new more modern hairstyle. Teresa gave me fabulous advise and listened to my needs and I was was very happy customer leaving the salon feeling 10 years younger? I will definitely be returning,so a big Thanku to Teresa?xxx
