I travel 25 miles to get my sons hair cut at Sarah’s. It’s the only barbers I’ve found that listens to how you want it. He has longer hair and I like to keep it long but styled. Every other barbers we’ve gone to are ‘scissor happy’. Good safe Covid practices too!

Wonderful service from arrival. Happy and friendly staff and I got a proper consultation and cut, including a check over from a senior stylist to ensure I was happy. Fantastic cut. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Kirsty B

Lovely relaxing time having my hair done by Jane, really lovely staff.

Sarah and her team done amazing job changing my hair colour. Taking out the red I had in my hair to going back more natural. Certainly would recommend using this salon. Everyone friendly and looking after me as I was in there for 5 hours.

Regular visitor over the past 10 plus years with boys now bigger than me so no more sitting on knee. Friendly staff. Always courteous and welcoming. Cuts are always spot on and ambience makes it a pleasant experience. Paying extra for having a booked appointment does make it reasonably more for all three of us but we could not consider going elasewhere. Had the same stylist forever and she is ace.

I was so happy with the result!! The colours are fantastic and I love my hair!!! I’m not one for going to get my hair done regularly but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!!! The lady (I think Georgie!) that did my hair was so professional and so helpful (I didn’t really know what I wanted!) And she helped me no end! I trust her completely now and cannot thank her enough!

I had my usual colours with foils (& olaplex) with Katie today & surprised her by asking for my hair to be cut into a bob rather than my usual trim! (I’m a very nervous client) Katie did a wonderful job and i’am so pleased with my new look!

Asked same question 3-4 times. Obviously disinterested in response. Busy looking around her rather than what she was doing. Didn’t inspire confidence and didn’t seem confident..

Writing this review on behalf of my mum who visited today. Nice welcome at reception by Jane, Salon looks bright and clean, like the new look! Had a treatment with the lovely Jo who is always kind, patient and professional. Would recommend Jo and Sarah's with no hesitation all staff are great, thanks!

Used Sarah’s for the first time. Had my beard trimmed and styled. The stylists did a fantastic job. Great service and value.

Georgie has been 'my' hairdresser since my wedding day in 2015 when she was called over to help put a plait in my hair and then spent over 10 minutes making sure she got it 'just right'. Since then she has pulled off every weird hair request I've taken to her, and always with the same attention to detail she showed the first time I met her. I love my haircut days, and can absolutely reccommend Sarah's to anyone looking for a great result - the atmosphere is always friendly and all of the staff make it an enjoyable experience.

I have been going to Sarahs for many years now and normally have Sarah herself, however today I saw Stacey who paid great care and attention and i was extremely pleased with the colour, cut and style.

Love coming here to get zains hair cut. Emma is brilliant with him and always does an amazing job.

Stacey and the other girls are good hair dressers . Reasonably priced and most of all welcoming. Many Salons have almost airs and graces.. There is none of that attitude here. Friendly hair stylists good prices and all are welcome .. I have been going there 4 years and as long as I live in this area will continue to do so.

Always a friendly greeting, great head massage with conditioner, cup of tea/coffee! Always listen. Would advise booking,

I came to Sarahs with black Frizzy dry as straw hair and goodness me those girls worked miracles on it. After coming back after patch test my hair was stripped back and recolored to a gorgeous red shade. I absolutely love it as does my partner. It's silky soft and looks glamorous. I always enjoy going to Sarah' s for a hair cut. It is like therapy for the soul and I always feel 10 years younger when I leave with my sexy spike cut. Just the way I like it.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Fantastic service (sorry I didn’t catch any of the stylists names) and they managed to trim mine and my sons hair before my daughter wanted to escape her pushchair. Could’ve done with a bit more off my sons hair but results are still great. No appointment was needed either. Will definitely be going back. They were brilliant with my son (who is only 3) getting him to sit still and tilt head when needed.
Oh and the chocolate froggy goes down very well with the kids.

I’ve been a client for many years & I have always felt welcomed, valued and informed during my appointment. The team are courteous and friendly & my stylist is superb.

Absolutely brilliant with my son who is not great at getting his hair cut. Georgie was great with him, helping him relax and he got a brilliant cut! Friendly and professional and we won’t use any other hairdressers as Sarah’s is the best.
