My hair was cut by James not Hannah. Great experience really nice stylist.

I went in for a curly blow dry and had to wait for the male stylist to finish a client who was also having curls. I was concerned after seeing her finished curls so I did try and talk him out of curling my hair which is very long. He assured me it would be ok. It lasted 10 minutes after I left the salon.

James coloured my hair today it is amazing great hairdresser.

Only my second visit to Browns but I’ve been delighted both times. Poppy is extremely friendly and listens to what you want. Would definitely recommend

Another lovely couple of hours in the company of Hannah and her team, as usual, my hair looks great.

My Mum enjoyed the experience of Browns for the first time and Poppy and Hannah made her feel very welcome.
I do think Browns will be her new regular hairdressers now as she couldn’t fault the professionalism.

Lovely friendly approach from Poppy with my 10yr old daughter Elena who loved getting her hair cut. She’s normally fidgety but Poppy was quick and chatty and put her at ease.

Reshaped my lockdown hair very well. Very pleased with result.

Maddie is a great hairstylist, she cuts my hair exactly how I like it, my hair always looks fantastic after she has finished, she is a beautiful young woman and an asset to Browns.

Poppy is a superb hairdresser, listened to everything I wanted and did a fantastic colour and cut. The price is reasonable and fair and the salon and all the staff are warm and welcoming. There were two other clients in at the same time as me who also left looking fabulous - demonstrating to me that all the stylists are trained well and offer excellent quality.

Will stick with Poppy and Brown’s and highly recommend for anyone looking for a good hairdressers.

Very Unhappy with the cut. Left too thin on one side and longer on the other. Layers were uneven and now have to wait 5 weeks for it all to grow to have it re-styled at another huge cost. This being second and last chance. Service was good but staff not experienced enough to give the standard used to be at Browns

A lovely stylist, chatty and apologetic! Quite unhappy with the cut. One side much shorter than the other. Layers don't blend on one side.
