I always look forward to getting my hair cut here. Customer service is second to none. Great cut by Rhys. All staff highly professional and so friendly.

I was unsure what to have done with my out of control bob but Olivia talked through my options and helped me decide which way to go. She checked in with me throughout the cut making sure I was happy with the way it was going and then I totally loved the result!

A joyous experience from the moment you step inside. Rhys is an absolute star, so talented, he always listens and genuinely cares that you are happy with the result. The professionalism from the management and senior stylists is being instilled in the enthusiastic junior members of the team. Great atmosphere, the little touches are very much appreciated. A gem in Alnwick.

Liv new just what I wanted .I felt really spoilt and specail the whole time I was in the Salon .And having a glass of preseco and a light lunch just the best .I love my new modern look .

Very informal and friendly but very knowledgeable and informative. Discussed options for my hair type. Was honest about what would work and what wouldn’t. Found him easy to talk to. Discussed colour too and he included Olivia in the conversation who was very helpful and friendly too. Great knowledge and advice given. Remembered me from earlier visits to salon some time ago which also put me at ease. Have booked for March following their advice and feel it will be a pleasurable experience without the anxiety of wondering how it will turn out as has been the case in other salons I have attended.
Was not charged for consultation which was a pleasant surprise and increased my confidence in the salons integrity. However from past visits years ago I feel the value is good and I am looking forward to the result.

Love coming to get my hair done here, it’s like a mini pamper session everytime I go! Staff are all lovely and make you feel so welcome. Didn’t know what colour to have my hair toned so liv picked a shade that was just perfect for me then went into give me a lovely cut just as she always does ?

My hair suffered after being ill and went into Alnwick Studio rather dejected. Came out feeling on top of the world - a great cut and style. Thank you.

Liv did a fab job, advised me on what to have done and was careful and chirpy throughout. Also the other staff I met were really friendly and I just love how the salon has pride in customer service and treating staff well too. Would definitely recommend.

I really like Rhys. He is a lovely chap but I am a bit disappointed with my hair cut. I showed him a photo of what I thought I'd like my hair. Unfortunately the cut though nice is not really what I asked for. Perhaps I didn't explain sufficiently. I did feel that he wasn't terribly confident while doing it. I think a spider landing on him didn't help.

Rhys is recently qualified and filling in for my usual stylist Lucy (on maternity leave).I can not commend him highly enough . Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years, but this was my first time with Liv whilst lovely Lucy is on maternity leave. Liv just got what I wanted straight away and I feel amazing. I love that the salon is so relaxed and I always have a laugh when I’m there.

Rhys listened to my thoughts and advised on how to achieve what I wanted. He also recommended product for me to use at home to get the same finish. The salon was busy but the atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming - a great experience, coffee and snacks very good too.

My first time at the salon with Rhys as my stylist. What a great hairdresser and lovely person. I showed him some photos of what I wanted, wanted to lose some length and tone down my blonde. No problem! Rhys suggested I try a centre parting for a change - he was right, very flattering for me. He also did my wedding hair at short notice the following week - also beautiful. Great experience all round!

Liv always listens really carefully to what her clients ask for and gives excellent advice especially with colour.

The team do a consistently excellent job from colour to cuts to quality blow drys. Much appreciated extras include great complimentary head massages, a varied menu of snacks and drinks (some free, some modestly priced) and lots of advice on hair care and products.
