My 7 year old really enjoys coming to see Isla at Saks. She loves the whole experience from getting her hair washed to drinking the delicious hot chocolate (and eating the biscuit!). Isla is really good with her. Today we had a trim, wash and style- ringlet curls. Great experience, we will be back.

Amazing service as ever, Isla was great with my youngest who can be quite shy. She had a lovely wash, cut and blow dry and some beach waves added. Little one was over the moon. Love the people and the atmosphere of this salon. Would highly recommend.

Andrea very kindly stepped in when my usual stylist was unavailable, putting me at ease and giving me a wonderful service. Not only this, but Andrea also managed to squeeze in an impromptu cut and blow dry for my mother whose stylist (in another salon) cancelled on her last minute. The juniors in the salon couldn’t be any more attentive- ten out of ten all round - fabulous service from a fabulous salon team, thank you ☺️

My last appointment should have been the usual tidy up and blow dry...but I fancied something different. I had a rough idea but not any good pictures. That didn't stop Shannon working her magic, she really listens and does her best to makes sure she understand what look you are wanting and then hey presto she makes it happen.
Shannon also did my hair for my wedding and I was so pleased she could. The rehearsal was a breeze and she made the morning if the wedding so chilled and it ran seamlessly. She is so good at what she does, has a lovely manner and really makes you feel amazing when she is finished.
