I always look forward to my appointments at Saks, Hexham and today was amazing.
I walked through the door to be greeted immediately by Chloe and shown to my seat before she made me my usual brew. Ginger Jess greeted me and gave me excellent advice on colouring my hair and the appointment went from strength to strength. From the moment I walked into the salon I felt that I was amongst friends, everyone was welcoming and friendly and nothing was a problem. I truly felt pampered and when I left I felt so relaxed and happy, it's more than just having a hair appointment, it's like therapy for your soul too. I cannot recommend this team enough, they are really talented and they genuine care

I rang at short notice having just landed from my holiday abroad and was going to a wedding that evening. Thankfully they managed to squeeze me in and Emma suggested I have it curled for the occasion. She washed and conditioned my hair which felt great, did an amazing blow dry (I do have thick hair that can frizz) and put relaxed curls in. I'm so pleased with the result. Emma and staff were all very pleasant and friendly and it was very kind that they also made a cup of tea for me. Thank you again ladies. Much appreciated.

Been going to Saks for 8 years now. It is a salon where you are welcomed, every stylist is professional from the juniors to the experienced.
