The Saks salon in Hexham is bursting with colour! From the beautiful wallpaper to the magnificent hair colours the staff have. It’s a friendly welcoming place full of creativity. Hannah has been doing my hair for over a year and has transformed it from a very plain over processed black bob (which was washing me out) to a long gentle flowing gorgeous cut with warm colours and great condition. I can’t recommend her and the salon enough. It was a fabulous find that day I walked in last year!

Returned back to Andrea after many years away due to the distance of 50 mins travel each way from home. This is the third appointment and Andrea always knows what I suit and makes my thin hair look thick. Fab! My daughter wanted her hair cut from quite long to very short she had never been to a hair dressers before and Jodie and the rest of the team were really lovely with us both, very helpful and really took the Time to listen to my daughter, she said she loves the hair dressers now and can't wait to come back for a trim. I would highly reccomend for both their attitude and customer service towards children and for the skill of cutting her hair is very well cut and looks fantastic. A very reasonable price too!

Shannon was wonderful, I very rarely go to a hair salon having box dyed and trimmed my hair for years. I have been to salons in the past but once home I have found the need to finish the style off my self, with a little more blow waving or straightening. NOT THIS TINE THO !! I am absolutely over the moon, I love my hair !! I even called in to show my work colleagues who all said it’s the best cut and colour they’d ever seen me with and I’ve known them many years ! Shannon listened to every thing I was after … you know when you show a stylist a pic .. make me look like that 🤣 well, hand in heart Shannon literally did this for me today 💕 no more box dyed for me… Shannon all the way !!! I’ve even made an appointment for my next appointment which is something I never do! Xx if I could have given more stars I would have.
