Been visiting Saks Hexham for many years now and would not want to go anywhere else. This time I felt like a proper cut.
Emma listened to what I wanted then went on to do just what I was after. I turned up feeling tired and left feeling like a rock star!

I like the way Jess cuts my hair. She listens to what I want and makes it work. But today I had a different girl washing and drying my hair. It took a very long time and Jess had to try and sort out the results with straighteners. I was charged £60 for 45 minutes of one stylist and 10 minutes of Jess's expertise. If it happens again I shall not return
