Love the outcome of my hair, and Rowan is always lovely!

She did a fab job of my hair and told me what products she was using before she used them

Helen was very knowledgeable about my curly hair. She gave me great advice about what products to use and how to use them. After having my hair cut and dried off, I walked out of the salon, feeling fab, and a very happy woman!

Had a lovely experience today at the Beeston salon. Love my hair cut and style and appreciate all the advice that Helen gave on how to manage my hair. Will definitely be booking again.

Marissa is lovely , east to talk to and I look forward to going. She cuts and styles my hair really well and I feel safe in the knowledge she will do a great job.

I’ve been seeing Choi for about ten years now. She’s taken my natural curls which had suffered from neglect for a few years, back to bouncy, full, and shiny. We always have a great catch up and a good laugh. I don’t know what I’d do without her!

Helen was friendly, informative and actually listened to my many issues with my hair and gave me lots of good advice.

I came in today to get my colour refreshed and some of my extensions refitted at the front. Jazz knows I’ll always throw her a curveball and I asked mid-appointment if I could get my long extensions cut up to just under shoulder length! Luckily she had time and I’m EXTREMELY happy with my shiny, highlighted, shorter hair! Thank you Jazz!

Rowan has totally transformed my hair today after an appointment at a different Beeston salon had left my hair in a terrible state. He used all his experience to ensure my hair wasn't damaged further whilst correcting both the colour and cut. After a root melt, toner and trim, I left the salon feeling amazing. In fact, I can honestly say that I've never left an appointment feeling so happy! Thank you Rowan, I'm so grateful and appreciate the time you spent with me.

This was my third visit to Hairven Beeston.
I could not have been treated any better.
Rowan was his usual lovely professional self. The girl who washed my hair was really good and made me feel really relaxed.

Always a pleasure to pay a visit to the Beeston salon and get my hair refreshed by Marissa. Jo is always welcoming and professional and helpful at getting you settled in and Marissa's skilful hands and experience mean I always leave the salon with a hairstyle that suits me and I can care for myself at home.

A different stylist than usual , but just as good and friendly and helpful.
Jo on reception was really helpful as always, she is a great asset to your business.

Brilliant as normal, everyone is always friendly in the salon. Ayesha knows exactly how I like my hair, she’s so friendly.

Lovely Christmasy atmosphere and treats in the Salon and a really good haircut. Roisin really went the extra mile and my hair ( graduated bob ) looks fantastic.

This time of year is slightly more stressful for all of us, so I had a lovely mini pamper session with scalp massage and treatments for my scalp and roots to keep them happy & healthy.
The quality of my hair when Choi has finished is fabulous!

The worst experience at a hair salon. I asked the stylist for a wash cut and bouncy blow dry and even showed her a picture of how I would like it. I told her to keep my length however she obviously was paying no attention as instead of cutting an inch off the bottom of my hair she has cut at least 4 if not more and to top it all off it’s not even straight!! I asked for face framing with my fringe starting from my bottom lip it is so much longer going past my chin.
I am so upset as it will take me so long to grow my hair back to the length it was.

Only place I trust to do my hair. I have naturally curly hair and they always take that into consideration when cutting and styling my hair. Best blow outs ever and always leave feeling like a princess!!!

Charlotte is a wonderful breath of fresh air and a great hair stylist. I always feel that I can trust her judgement and that I will leave feeling and looking much better than when I arrived!
