Excellent cut - Kayleigh really listens to what you want.

Worst hair cut ever. I paid for a cut/blow dry and stylist insisted on cutting dry when i asked for a wet cut. She repeatedly refused to cut the top shorter and eventually i just asked for the LHS to match the RHS which i also didn't get. My hair looks like its been cut with a knife and fork. But the mark of a good business is not that things never go wrong, its what they do about them, so although I've been ill and didn't go back immediately i will go back in and ask for a refund and update this review if i can.

As always Amy welcomed me and discussed how hair had been. Decided between us what needed doing today

Gareth is always chatty but not intrusive. His is a top stylist and listens to what you want. He also gives advice freely.
