Always a lovely experience having my hair coloured and cut with Gareth he knows how to manage my hair and it looks lovely so pleased and not too short. Anne the receptionist is a great asset to the company always pleasent and helpful.

Lovely experience all the staff are great.

I went in to het my hair curled for a wedding. In an attempt to take the stress out of styling my hair. When I got home I looked at my hair and decided to wash and blow dry it myself as I looked like a scarecrow. What a waste of £20!

This was supposed to be an appointment for both of my children- Florence to have a wash/cut/blow dry and my son for just a trim- I said this when I came in and the young girl looked at the screen and said that she had both of them there and to sit down. When the stylist took Florence my son asked why he wasn’t going first and I told him Florence was obviously going first this time because the stylist had said her name, the stylist heard this but said nothing. We waited almost an hour for Florence to be finished and then the stylist disappeared and came back with another young lady to look at the screen (without saying a word to me) The stylist then, again without saying a word to us just left the other girl to tell us that my son hadn’t been booked in. I told her that the appointment card had both their names on but I was just told was that she hadn’t booked it so she wasn’t to blame. I asked why the girl didn’t tell us that at the beginning, again she said it hadn’t been her and she wasn’t to blame. Eventually she said that all she could do was apologise, I acknowledged it hadn’t been her mistake but thanked her for her (cold) apology. She said that there wasn’t anyone who could cut my son’s hair (he’s a child, it doesn’t ever take long) even though the salon was empty and there were stylists there (it was lunchtime) I think this could have been handled in a much better way, it was very unprofessional. We have been going to the salon for a number of years and I’ve always been happy with the service, however I’m now led to believe that it’s obviously very different when there is no one with any authority there. Poor customer service, rude attitudes. I understand people make mistakes and would have accepted that had I been told when we first got there, staff need more training on communication.

She cut and styled my hair well, responding to what I'd said I wanted.

I’ve been coming to the salon for over a year now and Charlie has been my lovely stylist. I always have such a wonderful experience and leave loving my hair!! Charlie is able to do exactly what I ask for, or if I’m unsure, she’s able to provide expert advice and suggestions. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Kayleigh and the young lady who washed my hair couldn’t have been more helpful and were extremely careful with colouring, washing and styling my hair following recent minor surgery on my head. They were excellent.

I’ve been using the salon for 5+ years which is a big achievement for someone who would change salons every couple of visits. I’m not someone who enjoys visiting the hairdressers but Gareth is honest with me every visit, he talks me out of impulsive decisions he knows I will regret!
