Lovely warm welcome from Hayley. Offered hand sanitiser shown to a seat. Friendly exchange, able to discuss what I wanted with my hair. Relaxing shampoo head massage. Hair styled as I asked, very pleased with the whole experience.

Hair well overdue a cut and Hayley did a great job. She gives good advice on what hair needs and takes time to ensure every bit is perfect. I find KH Mansfield a very friendly salon generally and Hayley is always welcoming and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

A great experience as usual. Hair cut and coloured to the usual high standard. Despite the restrictions that have had to be put in place for everyone's safety this atmosphere was still friendly and relaxing.

Melissa was fabulous as always. She's made my hair look beautiful and I had the best service! The junior stylist Molly who assisted Melissa was also amazing and was she so helpful. The salon was so clean and felt safe it was a lovely experience.

It was great to see Jane and her wonderful team after 4 months of lockdown. Everyone was so welcoming I felt truly pampered. And, as for the end result, it’s fantastic. Really soft and glossy. I feel and look 20 years younger!! I can’t thank them enough xx

It was like being a kid on Christmas Eve the day before my appointment! It’s been a long (especially for my fringe) 4 months since my last haircut. Melissa and all of the team are always so welcoming and lovely, it genuinely feels like I’ve gone for a catch up and gossip with my friends.

The salon is spotless and extremely covid secure. All procedures are adhered to at all times.

There isn’t anyone else I would trust with my hair.

I Woke up yesterday morning to go to my planned appointment with Hayley and had made an impulsive to have a restyle. Hayley has done a cracking job and I feel like a new woman!

Brilliant haircut , brilliant service and most covid secure place I’ve been!

From the minute I arrived to when I left , I had the most professional and friendly experience I could possibly wish for. The atmosphere is upbeat , happy and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. My hair looks amazing after a full head of foils and a superb trim and finish by Mel . The salon is fully COVID-19 aware with many protection measures in place and felt very safe . Thank you to all the team for making us all look beautiful in such trying times

My original appointment fell during the 2nd lockdown in mid-November so I was delighted and really grateful that Jane was able to fit me in yesterday. As always it was a lovely experience and of course I’m thrilled with the result which will be perfect for Christmas even though only my partner and our cat will get to see it!!
