Despite being a regular client, time is always taken to check whether I would like the same colours, style etc

Ashleigh did not rush me when I was deciding about the cut and gave me good advice. My hair was very natural looking after styling, which is how I like it.

I have been having problems with my colour mainly due to the fact that I am getting older! Maxine listened and advised. I left the salon happy.

As always, Danielle checked my requirements and discussed styling etc. Only two were in the salon, so she and her colleague had to answer the phone periodically but this was done quickly and efficiently.. I would suggest to management that it is never a good idea to allow too many staff to take annual leave together as this can affect customers’ impression of the professionalism of the business.

I was looking for a restyle and discussed this with Danielle who offered excellent advice and I am very happy with the result.

Ashleigh is fantastic, patient, creative and I cannot speak highly enough of her wonderful skills. I don't think I am the easiest customer to deal with, I frequently change my mind about what 'look' I want to achieve, and she gives me the right advice and I always end up with exactly what I wanted. She is an absolute credit to Keith Hall.
