Great staff always really friendly just had my colour done looks great really pleased very relaxing always look 4ward 2my next visit.

Brilliant as usual

Second visit since the new rules had to be introduced. I do feel sorry for the poor staff having to make it work. I’m a Nurse and I’ve been working all through lockdown with our own ‘new rules’. I understand the need to wear masks for staff and clients and visors for the staff too. I don’t understand the plastic aprons at all. Us nurses wear plastic aprons for anything that may involve bodily fluids And then it’s off and a clean one for the next patient. Your staff are wearing the same plastic apron all day WITH a KH black apron underneath. I don’t understand that rationale.
I miss the coffee each visit (a hair appointment is far more than just getting a haircut - it’s also some ‘me time’) but I can have water and I don’t understand that rationale either! Is it the washing up??
But as always a great visit, the staff are friendly, cheerful and professional and I get a haircut too ?

Very good standard of hygiene to manage Covid-19. Danielle and colleagues worked efficiently and Danielle did an excellent job of cutting and coloring my hair.

I was really impressed with the hygiene standards when entering the salon. I was made to feel very safe and at ease during my appointment. As always Danielle did wonders with my hair and I am really pleased with it! I have already booked in my next 2 appointments for later this year.

This was my first visit since lockdown and I was impressed by the effort made to ensure customer safety. The girls are all lovely and are always a credit to the salon. I am always pleased with my hair no matter who does it but was especially pleased with how Danielle coloured and cut it when it was in such a mess, not having been done for many months.
