OK, so we are Very Glad About THIS. Longstanding Saks creative Zoe Chamberlain has opened a brand-new Saks Newark hair salon. If you’re in Newark you just got luck as Zoe and our expert team are all about creating gorgeous hair. Oh, and the salon’s beautiful too!

Fab as always! Lovely salon, feels like a real treat. Always offered a complimentary drink. Charlie is so friendly, helpful, professional and a superb stylist. I have naturally curly hair and she knows how to treat it.

Not the same as it was

I've been coming here since it opened and it's just not the same experience as it was. For me it's gone down hill . The staff are lovely but there's something missing...not the same standards maybe or level of detail.
I told my stylist who was new to me that I was growing my hair and she still cut it into a short Bob which I'm unhappy with but couldn't say anything as it was done! ... and the sinks were blocked ( not anyone's fault) but not
nice as a customer.
I used to think going there was a bit of a treat and a bit if luxury but I don't feel that it is any more .

Thanks to Emma, every 6-7 weeks I have my hair coloured.
I get the best advice and the blonde blend looks so natural, I love the experience.
I always leave with some kind of good advice or tip too.

Emma was a life saver! She worked miracles on my hair that was sadly ruined from a previous different salon. My wedding is in over a week and she has made my hair look amazing! Honestly the best ever! I can’t remember the other lady who was helping Emma, but they were both so helpful and lovely! Highly recommend Saks and their friendly team, and more highly recommend Emma!!
