Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with your brow lamination on this occasion. Ellie did check with you throughout the treatment and wasn’t made aware you were unhappy at the time – the only point raised afterwards was a little extra tint needed on the tails, which was addressed. You asked if they could be more upright but unfortunately as you hadn’t asked this at the time of the initial treatment we couldn’t then relaminate as it would likely cause damage. Therefore Ellie recommended a popular brow glue often used to maintain the look between appointments.
We always provide full aftercare advice and recommend products to help care for the hairs and maintain the finished look at home, though there is never any obligation to purchase and no products were bought by yourself on this occasion.
