Had hair dyed by trainie, did a fantastic job will be comeing back.cost was £40 had a deep cleanse and paid the extra £25 to have it done, well worth the extra money paid. Had an excellent cut 2 weeks ago by the trainie,wont go anywhere else now.

Should disclose treatment prices properly

I'm sorry about any confusion with the cost of your treatment, prices are usually disclosed before going to the backwash but thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we've now taken measures to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Condition treatment too expensive

Great cut but I have to say that you should always tell your client upfront how much a conditioning treatment is when you suggest it. £20 for the treatment which took two minutes is very steep. Admittedly i did ask the girl who washed my hair that I didn’t want a massage when she applied the conditioning treatment. I would have been far happier to have had a normal application of standard conditioner.. This extra cost added to my bill is annoying and expensive.
