Shanel always does a good job of my hair love the colour and highlights and to braid so I can handle my hair it always last 2 weeks or more always get offered a drink

I don’t want to get anyone in trouble as I love dudleys but my experience wasn’t great which is rare. My eyelashes(classics) took over 2 hours. Then my natural lashes kept getting pulled and then the therapist had to get someone to step in as she had stuck them all together and I couldn’t open my eye. My eye wasn’t taped down so my eye was watering and stinging causing me discomfort throughout. And even nearly 4 days after my lashes hurt I think I need to remove them. Just really upset with the aftermath of this and feel let down as I love the Dudley’s team. Wasn’t going to complain but I’m in so much pain with my eye.
