Booked with milly to have my sons hair cut, he wanted a mullet as he was sporting not a very good one milly did an absolutely fantastic job with my son it was his first time at dudleys and he's told me he'll definitely be back as he loved the experience and thinks milly is amazing as do I x

I bought my 2 young girls in today 31/08/24 first time cut for my almost 4 year old and the lady who's name I didn't catch was so patient and calm with her it was such a good experience for them both they loved the overall finished look. We will definitely be back
I haven't had my hair cut in over 5 years as I don't trust no one after a bad experience with a previous hairdresser, I went today and nikki did my hair, she is absolutely fantastic and did it better than the picture I shown her, im well made up with it and have already booked my next appointment with her to have it redone, thank you so much nikki

Shanel always does a brilliant job on my hair
I do like to have my hair done on there. The staff is very friendly and polite. I enjoyed having my hair washed by a professional friendly young lady. That’s a shame that I forgot her name. I even had a head massage. I felt really pampered. The stylist who cut my hair was also very friendly and professional. She did a great job today. The only thing I would say is always I find it all very nice but very expensive.The prices should be a bit lower.

It is very unfortunate that I got a very cold response when I tried to reschedule my appointment because unfortunately I dinn know I was supposed to do it within 48hrs of booking, it was my first time making an appointment for my services there. I felt bad when even the lady that I talked to, to reschedule my appointment got abit rude to me saying "it is what it is" you donn say that to a client! I had paid my deposit which I was told is none referendable nor can I use it on a latter date.....such is a disappointment! I dint even get any services, how do I even refer someone there now surely....that is very unfair and I am very disappointed!
Hi, Susan sorry to hear that you are disappointed. As you cancelled your appointment a couple of hours before the appointment, unfortunately your booking fee will be lost. The stylist had 3 hours of time booked out for your service which she was no longer able to fill at such short notice. Your booking fee only part covers her lost time. This policy is clearly stated in our website, social media and reception desk, we hope you understand this.
