Great - as always!

I was booked for a cut and colour today but there wasn’t much regrowth. Lottie advised a toner instead and colour next time. So pleased with it.
Juniors all lovely too.

Nikki explained that I might not reach my goal blonde hair colour on the first attempt as I’d previously used dark box dyes however the results exceeded my expectations, even colour, hair in fantastic condition. Nikki really took her time and used her skills and knowledge and achieved great results. Thanks Nikki

Craig is an amazing talented guy. He made me feel relaxed and was interested in me and how I wanted my hair. ,I came away with a fabulous hair cut, needless to say I’m booked in with him again

My session today was pure bliss. Lottie always asks about my wellbeing and discusses the outcome for today. She always listens to any concerns I have, over my hair, and suggests possible solutions. I'm greeted by all the staff I a friendly manner and by my preferred title. Each time I leave Hairven my self-confidence has a great boost and I feel wonderful. Thank you Lottie T

from the moment i walked in i felt welcome, i have had 2 hairdressers here and both have been excellent
so professional and thorough. different to other salons
you can tell they know what they are doing,

The stylist i had moved from Hairven and they asked me to follow them, wish I hadn't as it was just not the same at all. So I rebooked at hairven and so happy they welcomed me back. Will not be moving again.

I have been going to Gelding now for some time. I have had issues with my health and these guys could not be more accomodating.

Absolutely love this place, i go to various hairdressers and this is what i like that I can go to many so i get a different look at my hair. So when my stylist went on mat leave I went to Craig and he is just so so good. It was great to get an even more experienced hairdresser.

Leigh was lovely from start to finish. The consultation we had was very informative and beneficial. My hair was tested and my skin, very professional, and we had a long discussion about my requirements. I was very happy with the end result of my hair, it’s the best it’s looked in a long time. I love the fact you get coffee and a little sweet treat, cute. The products that were used on my hair were also top quality, no expenses spared my Hairven.

Mitch was great! He made a good job of my hair (which was long overdue a cut).
Everyone was very friendly, great head massage from the lady who shampooed my hair, and I was very well looked after with drinks ( and I appreciated the cup cakes).

WOW - what an awesome experience. From the moment I had my colour consultation with Deborah & was given amazing advice, today I had my first colour, cut & blow. I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable straight away. The salon is absolutely beautiful. It’s designed so well. A perfect coffee & quality biscuits served as if 5 star & a hair wash with a magical head massage including the chair which raised for help with legs which was perfect for me & vibrating so really lovely & soothing especially as I’m disabled. It was quite simply the best hair experience I have had. I also loved listening to the very lovely & stylish Craig who was chatting to his client but I was listening & smiling. He is also a credit to the business. Deborah looked after me like I was a VIP - she was honest with me regarding colour & I'm pleased I trusted her because she was so right! I love my hair, I went home very happy & relaxed & pampered. I highly recommend Hairven. Thank you also to the very lovely Manager who washed my hair. What a great family team you have! Thank you & see you again soon Deborah!

After a colour disaster at another salon - rang hairven and they were very helpful and managed to fit me in. They were patient and friendly and did their very best at getting my hair back to normal! Thanks to Vanessa and Leah I can walk around confidently again!

I have always been delighted with the way Roisin manages to tame my hair. Her suggestions are always helpful and I now feel more confident in being able to cope with it. We are also able to chat comfortably which I believe is an excellent attribute.
