Lottie did what I asked and I was very pleased with the result.
We discussed my next appointment Lottie advised me on various colouring techniques for me to consider.

Nikki did an excellent cut. She is always accommodating and professional.

Nikki takes a lot of trouble to discuss my style and what needs doing on the day. I am very happy with the result.

When I leave Lottie I feel amazing. Not only does my hair look spectacular but it feels so much healthier. The relaxing atmosphere, the asking about my wellbeing and the light hearted banter is just what I needed for a blue day. I always feel welcome when i arrive and fantastic when I leave.

Mitchell is really intuitive and reads me so well for calm and quiet or non-stop chatter salon time. I always leave him feeling fabulous! The lady who washed my hair did a fab job!

This was the first time Lottie had done my hair. She was very pleasant and friendly and cut and coloured my hair just as I'd asked her. It's always tricky when someone new does your hair for the first time, but Lottie did a great job and I was very pleased with the result! Everyone else in the salon was helpful and attentive, as always!

The service we got was good and the stylist that we had was very friendly and great with my little girl. However, the amount of money that it cost for a 4 year olds hair cut was extortionate, for £24 I would have expected my daughters hair to be washed, we were in the salon for a total of 8 minutes. I just think it was very expensive for what we got. The service was good though.

Yet another lovely experience at Gedling Hairven… cut and regrowth by Amy, hair wash and head massage by Olivia not forgetting Coffee & biscuits… I always feel relaxed whist there… great team… Thank you Amy and Olivia xx
