Always a pleasure to have my hair cut by Nikki. We have a lovely chat for an hour and I leave looking good ?.

Lottie is always absolutely brilliant. She's so professional but easy to talk to. She is an absolute artist with hair. I always leave the salon happy with her work.

Nikki helped me to decide my new style. She really took the time to explain different options I came away feeling great and I booked my next appointment x

Lottie always makes you feel welcome. She listens to what you want and remembers how you like your hair styled. She always does a good cut and finish. I feel good when I come out of tge salon and all my family and friends comment how good it looks.

Even though Amy has been doing my hair for many years, each time I have it done whether it be a cut & colour or just cut she really does do a grand job. It’s short & sharp just how I like it & I always leave having had a good laugh chatting, relaxing & enjoyable time. Iced coffee was pretty good too in this warm weather…

My first time at the Salon which was lovely and relaxing. Hayley does my hair and has done for many years and I’ve followed her from her previous salons! She’s amazing and very knowledgable and friendly.

I enjoyed my visit to Hairven today, as always! Megan did a great job with both the colour and cut of my hair and I love the effect of the foils. Megan is always so friendly and pleasant and I look forward to our chats. Thank you.

I can't say I'm thrilled with my hair, feel like I could have been advised better re: colour options and my hair didn't feel great when I left. When the hairdresser took out my foils it hurt and then had the roughest wash ever. And then combing a little later was painful! At cutting stage I wasn't asked what I wanted to do with my fringe, I had to ask if it could actually be cut.
The blow dry and style seemed a bit average and rushed. No talk about my hair condition or how I should look after it, would expect that when you're paying this much.

Prices have gone up a lot recently so I’m sorry to say that I won’t be able to come as often in the future.

I always enjoy my visits to the Gedling salon. Amy is a talented, skilled professional. She really listens to me and doesn't just do her "own thing" as many hairdressers do.

Crag cut my hair last week. Was incredibly helpful and made my whole experience at Hairven just swell! Will definitely return again. Everybody was warm and welcoming and took great care of me!

I have seen about 3 hairdressers here and they are all great.

Mitch was very kind and professional. I was given a lovely head massage and lots of advice on styling my hair. The place was spotlessly clean and everybody was very friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

Everyone was super helpful and friendly and very professional. From the reception staff, to the stylists, to the ladies offering refreshments.
