It was good to be back and have my hair trimmed back into shape.. Goodbye lockdown locks. I was nervous to get out and about but Natalie soon put me at ease. All safety precautions still in place.

Fab colour and cut and great service as usual.

I only popped in for a consultation but haven’t yet put a deposit down for the actual job yet. I’ll be doing that soon!

I had a balayage on Friday and it’s the best I’ve had yet! I will definitely recommend maddy, she was very patient (I have a lot of hair) and made sure my hair was perfect!

As always, my visit today to the salon was great. Firstly greeted by friendly staff on reception (Liz) then a super cut by Mollie. She is friendly, accomodating and experienced, all round it was a relaxing time and I love my hair

I was totally impressed with the whole ‘hair’ experience, I felt safe & protected at all times, Autumn is just amazing she answered all hair questions, offering advice in a polite professional manner, nothing was too much trouble. It was a real treat to look forward to my appointment after such along time away, I was also looking forward to seeing Sarah. The Salon was much busier than I expected, when I had booked my appointment t I was told I would get a full hour to have a thorough consult before the cut and blow, however Sarah was very busy and did apologise for having to attend to another Client in between my appointment, I do understand and appreciate how busy Sarah and the salon was, I guess I was slightly disappointed as I had been looking forward to my appointment for so long. Despite all of this Sarah did a brill job, very pleased with the end result, thanks Sarah. Carol

So pleased to have had my hair cut and coloured again. It was such a treat to be back in the salon after so long. After a chat with Natalie we went for something slightly different and I love it. Definitely recommend KH Hair!

Always a fantastic experience with Jen, I normally have eyebrow wax and tint, upper lip and eyebrow tint which is always fantastic and I tried the eyelash lift this time, I am absoloutely delighted and I will be added to my regular treatments

After being red for years, I decided that I wanted a change. Maddie managed to create exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't even know myself! I love my new colour, all the tones are beautiful, I feel so much more myself now! We had to cut a bit of my length off, which I was a little apprehensive about, but I trusted Maddie and I was right to because it looks so much healthier!!
We are on a journey to eliminate the red but I know maddie is 100% up for the task if today is anything to go on, thanks so much.

Maddy did my hair today, Not only did she do a fantastic job, meeting all of my needs, washing/cutting was perfect. She was very polite, and very nice to speak to. Very welcoming and couldn’t of picked a better girl to of done my hair! 100% getting Maddy to do my hair next time!

All I can say is WOW!
I went to maddie with 3 years of box dye on my hair it was in terrible condition and had around 5 different colours mixed into it. I didn't think anything could solve it! But my hair is now looking amazing it's all one colour which is an amazing colour and we are on a journey of going back light. I am so thankful I cried when I got home as I now wake up in the mornings and love to do my hair. I couldn't recommend maddie enough she's so amazing at what she does and I'm already booked in for my part 2. Xoxoxo

Was very good Erica went through my options for my hair cut taking into consideration that there maybe another lockdown and how best to keep my hair looking good should this happen. All social distancing was observed and tops sanitized when needed.

Lovely experience as always. Managed to get me in before Christmas. Love my bee hair colour and style. Very covid safe and fully wonderful experience. Keep up the good work

Sarah was lovely, always asking how I was, going through everything step by step with my hair problems I had to have corrected with her, as I messed it up doing it myself due to being stuck in since the beginning of lockdown.. Have already booked with her again ready as she did a perfect job with it xx

As usual Natalie has done a fab haircut. Natalie is always so friendly and understands my style and I'm happy to leave cuts a little up to her as I trust her.
I am however a little confused as to why I was charged for a restyle when only had about an inch cut off the end with no particular "change of style" and also the £2 Covid charge. I appreciate PPE is an additional cost to the salon but this will be around for a long time now and feel this will need to be paid for by the salon as opposed to customers considering the charges already made for haircuts.
