Amazing!! Kindly rang up and offered me to come in for the discount offer for £25 and advised me well on what colour. Never fails to impress me, so so amazed with my hair!

It was lovely to see sarah again. She was brilliant as always. She always takes time to listen to what I want.

I love my visits to Helen. She’s an amazing stylist and colour expert. And Helen is really easy to chat to. I’m very happy having my hair done at KH Arnold - in fact most of the family comes. You feel like part of one big family.

Have been seeing natalie for years now and im always so happy with my hair she does an amazing job always and i enjoy having a good catch up with her i couldnt rate her any higher i also saw izzy when natalie was on mat leave and she was also brilliant both lovely and fab stylists its just such a nice salon everyone is so helpful and hardworking wouldnt go anywhere else thank you so much

Gayle is an amazing stylist. I have been having my haircut at KH now for about 12 years.
Gayle always as a smile on her face when she greets me and is very welcoming,
we have a very good stylist/ client relationship and Gayle always listens to my needs in relation to my hair.
This is very important to me.
In relation to the salon in general it is very clean warm and welcoming Since lockdown the message that gave been put in place To keep everyone safe is amazing well done kH

Lovely manicure. I struggle with pain in my hands, but after the manicure, my hands felt wonderful.

Great cut, exactly as I wanted! Sarah also responded to my medical needs and constantly enquired as to my wellbeing.

When I first entered I felt really welcome and when I had my hair washed and head massage I felt really relaxed and happy throughout the whole appointment and Lottie was very chatty which I like when I have my hair cut

I always feel amazing when I leave the salon but this time was even more so with a lovely lilac toner and my great style, Erika is always so considerate and explained everything along the way. No hesitation in recommending to all my friends.

It is great to be listened to, given good advice and hair care tips. Staff are always helpful and a lovely welcome. My stylist Natalie has very good customer care relation and always makes me feel relaxed and happy to be there. My hair is cut beautifully and the finish always superb. I feel safe in her hands. I think a woman feels good and more confident knowing their hair looks good. I certainly feel better for my hair experience at KH.

I arrived dreading putting a mask on as I suffer breathing problems but the staff were absolutely fabulous understanding my problem and let me see kirsten for my eyebrow wax. Kristen put me at ease and went ahead with my treatment.
