From booking my appt to arriving and leaving the salon afterwards I was made to feel incredibly valued and as always the experience of a salon visit was second to none. I felt safe everything was clean and welcoming and everyone as friendly yet professional as always. Eilidh was a joy as ever and took a great deal of care and the time needed to get my hair back to its best. We were still able to conversate and enjoy a catch up and even without a coffee along the way which is all very understanable everything was just lovely. Salon was fine for social distancing, hand gel available, screen round reception and at wash station (felt like being in a little private pod) stylist wore visor and I wore a mask. All good

Hair looked and felt amazing! Very pleased with the color and cut, Mollie was excellent even making an older lady feeling good! Coffee was good too, I was a first timer at Keith Hall but will definatley be returning once this madness is over.

With gratuitous refreshment, much appreciated after a busy day at work, it was overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I always enjoy coming to Keith Hall Arnold and having my hair cut and coloured. From the moment you walk in the door, you are looked after. I love having Helen style and colour my hair - she always does a Fantastic job. And the trainees are always lovely - thank you to Maddie yesterday.

I had my first haircut today, it was fun sitting in the big chair. I tried very hard to keep still and am very proud of my new hair style !! Mummy was pleased as first haircuts are complimentary, so we only pay next time :)

I have been going here for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly, prices are good, advice is second to none. Erika always listens to what I want, is not afraid to make suggestions if I ask her opinion, is knowledgeable and skilled with colour, and is excellent at cutting. I am always offered drinks throughout my appointment and the salon is generally a very pleasant place to be. Thank you!

Hi, I have been a regular customer for several years but only recently changed to Mollie since Sept 2019. She is lovely person and very polite. Always checks my scalp and asks me questions at the beginning of the appointment so doesn’t make any assumptions as she checks with me. Her knowledge is good, and if she isn’t sure about something she will say she will find out. There is a loyalty scheme offering money off. I like to know my hair is going to be styled and coloured safely. I would recommend Arnold salon to anyone. I like that the stylists have regular training sessions as well.

I found everyone in the salon from junior member to senior stylist to be extremely friendly and helpful. My stylist was excellent at interpreting my needs offering guidance on style to suit my hairs natural colour and full but fine hair type. The cut was perfect and I left feeling very happy with the whole experience. This is now my salon of choice and ranks top in my experience of other Keith Hall salons which is a brand I have trusted since the early 1980’s

A truly wonderful experience a great shampoo and massage by Tianna followed by a beautiful cut and blow dry from Helen. It's a wonderfully relaxing time where all the staff are very friendly and welcoming which makes it a pleasure to visit KH salon. Sylvia
