Went yesterday for colour and have to say that their Covid set up is second to none. I felt very secure during my treatment and the staff, manager Debbie and stylist, gill looked after me very well. Been going for years and hopefully can continue to do so. Thanks again Keith hall Nottingham.

Very happy with my new hair style and colour! It was my first time having my hair coloured so I was a bit nervous however Mary did an amazing job and I’m very happy with how it turned out!

I went in the hair desserts feeling self conscious about the state of my hair. Roisin put me at ease and totally restyled my hair. She spent well over an hour on my hair and obvious that she loved her job. She was confident, enthusiastic and social. She did a great job and will definitely be going back.

Gosh from the moment I phoned Debbie to correct my colour from something my sister had done to me arriving at the salon and seeing Steve and Abbie. Everybody was so lovely to me - Steve as ever just knew exactly what to do, Debbie convinced me it would all be Ok and Abbie lovely as always. It’s taken me years to find a hairdresser that understands what I want for my hair. I returned from London with black hair (London salons don’t have the same client car) and Jess transformed me back to my usual hair colour. Even if I fancy a change that’s cool too as it is done gradually so that a) I don’t get a shock and b) it’s kind to my hair. Trouble is, I now have to book two months in advance! I might book her for the year (please KH??)

Another truly fantastic experience at KH Nottingham. From the warm welcome, through the beauty eyebrow shaping, hair consultation, shampoo and colour stage to the final cut and blow dry I was made to feel a million dollars. The attention to hygiene and standard of care throughout the salon was first class. Nothing was overlooked or left to chance. Sean worked his usual magic on my extremely fine, poker straight hair and I left feeling (and looking!) 10 years younger!! Many thanks to everyone at the salon for making it a fabulous experience in these worrying times. Already looking forward to seeing you all next month

Following on from lockdown and working throughout this, needed a little bit more me time, booked in for a wash and cut, so it gave me a reason to talk about future plans for my hair. Beth was excellent as always and I felt fab all day following my cut which refreshed my hair. Have now booked in for a colour which will happen at the end of this month. Can't wait, thank you Beth.

I always enjoying coming to have my hair done by Emily. She is friendly, professional and excellent at her job! My hair always looks and feels fabulous. I never feel like it is rushed, even when the salon is busy or she is running behind (which isn’t often and usually caused by the amount of work needed on my hair!) Would highly recommend Emily and Keith Hall.

Mary has worked wonders as always. She rejuvenated my very frazzled hair and it now feels and looks amazing. The salon experience felt so safe and relaxing in the current Covid world.

I have been a client of KH Hair for over 30 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Extremely professional and well trained staff who are very good at listening to you and styling/colouring your hair to your liking but giving you advice and guidance at the same time. Not the cheapest salon but then you get what you pay for!

Met by a lovely receptionist who took my temperature ect. Desperately needed my highlights doing and jess did a great job despite having to wear a mask AND a viser, love my new hair?

I’ve always looked forward to having my hair done. But, going through lockdown and the support I received from Debbie and Mary, made me realise that I am important and that we all need to do things that make us feel good about ourselves. For me, this is my hair and what a treat I had yesterday courtesy of Mary. I love my colour (it’s so shiny) and the cut feels and looks amazing. I had an amazing experience this week at KH, I was very nervous about going but Ruth was so kind and reassuring and talked me through all the different aspects of the highlighting process. Been coming to the salon for over a year now! The team has made a great effort to make sure the cleanliness standards are met for covid 19-with the visors and masks not stopping them from smiling. I have been having my haircuts with Amber and she feels like a friend. Every time I see her it feels like I am catching up with a best friend. She is great at hair job and is the only person I trust to cut and style my hair ❤️

Glad to have opportunity (which I wanted) to thank all at KH Nottingham for an excellent service yesterday. As ever, very friendly, great haircut (still looking good today despite my inexpert blow drying!) and hugely impressive ‘Covid-19’ safety measures. Couldn’t easily and safely leave a tip but did notice price increase. Would like to think that some of that is passed on to staff??! Many thanks indeed.
