Very happy with my hair cut by Grace she was very good we discussed what I wanted and she listened.

Hannah was a lovely, friendly hair stylist and I love my hair colour and cut. Will definitely be returning

As always Charlotte does an amazing job! I wouldn’t feel safe with anyone else, I also appreciate she gives you her honest opinion on what to have done. I came in for a half head and she advised that actually I only needed a face frame and roots, when she could have charged me for having more done.

My only feedback point about the salon is the basins are so uncomfortable, paying the premium price for a great hairdresser and salon the basins could be improved to the ones where your feet come up - hurts your neck so much less and maybe look at water supply as it’s freezing most of the time. It doesn’t spoil the experience but it’s something that isn’t as good as other salons.

I would 100% recommend any one come here as all stylists are so friendly and Charlotte is amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Another fabulous haircut by Derek - evidenced by 2 people asking me today where I get my hair cut. As well as being so warm and welcoming Derek is so skilled. He is never phased by challenge he has with my fine hair. He is always up for the challenge of a different haircut. I always leave the salon feeling stylish and thats what has kept me coming back to Derek for almost 4 years. I cannot recommend him highly enough

I’ve come a couple times and it’s always been calming and lovely but this time it just left me in a lot of pain. The woman who washed my hair (different to who cut and styled) needs some more training. She had on acrylics or has naturally long nails and used the nails rather than the pads of her fingers to wash my hair. She spent 10/15 minutes scratching at my scalp to the point I was dizzy and lightheaded for the rest of the session. When I got home I noticed I had flaky skin all over my scalp and was in pain for the rest of the evening and the next day. It’s gonna take a few weeks of treatments to heal my skin, especially with the weather getting colder. The woman who cut my hair was great and I love the result but overall my visit wasn’t worth the time or money spent.

I haven't been to the hair dressers in around 10 years because of a bad experience in my 20's. My hair was really In need of a good trim so I decided to bite the bullet and book in. Leanne was amazing, she made sure I was happy with the length before proceeding and communicated with me throughout. The result is exactly what I wanted, and I'll be booking again!
