I always look forward to my cut, toner and blow dry. Laura always does an amazing job and the head and neck massage is a real treat.

I always go to a Ved’s but this was Maybe one of the worst blowdrys I got unfortunately, very tough with washing and handling brush and hair was frizzy, didn’t feel like it was done at a salon.

Have been coming here for years and am always satisfied with every aspect of my visit.

Always pleased with Laura's cut and advice and chat. On a practical
note (which I have commented on before) - the step down from wash basins back to salon; I almost tripped the first couple of times until I was used to it as I'm unable to put my glasses on under the towel and area is quite dark- could a bright strip be put along the step?

While the salon is nice, with friendly staff and a complimentary shoulder massage. The actual hair cut was a disappointment. I specifically booked with their curly hair specialist but she didn't style it properly, leaving it frizzy and ill defined, noticeably at the front.The shaping around the face and at the front, which was my main reason for the cut also looks barely different to before and was certainly not what I asked for. I'm disappointed that the day after it is a mess and lacking shape definition. A waste of money.

Alex is my absolut star hairdresser. I used to hate going to the hairdresser. She absolutely changed this and because l enjoy my appointments now, my hear is much healthier. She was supposed to just do my colour top up as l changed my appointment the day before. But she managed to also cut and blow dry my hair beautifully between other clients. Thank you so so much!

I came in with absolute disaster hair - about 3/4 box dyed black, with a bit of washed out purple above, and then my natural very dark brown and white roots. I set my expectations pretty low, since black box dye is notoriously difficult to lift. Nicole managed to lighten my hair beyond expectations, and dyed it a fun pink that covered up the multitude of lightened colours in my hair. I couldn’t believe we could get something that bright from what we started with! She also gave me a great haircut to work with my postpartum hair regrowth. I feel like a person again and I am so very grateful! Will definitely be back :)

What a lovely salon experience. Started with choosing an Aveda blend to match my mood which was called stress fixed for a head and shoulder massage. My hair was quite brassy and during my consultation with Millie she totally understood the hair tone I was wanting to achieve. A sun kissed balayage that looks subtle. The botanical treatment I had after this colour from the Aveda botanical range left my hair feeling silky and shinny. I sat upstairs in this salons second floor which was very relaxing and the air con was a godsend on a rare sunny day in Nottingham.

Millie is lovely and bubbly, she always puts me at ease and always has something to talk about. She’s an exceptional hairdresser and I am always pleased with the result

This is the fourth time Ive been to Nicole, and definitely not the last. She is sooooooo good at what she does, I absolutely loveeeeeeee my hair. The staff there too are so nice and polite. Very friendly vibes overall.
