This was my first time coming to the salon and my first time having a curly haircut and I was so impressed!!
Craig’s service was amazing, made my vision of my hair come true. Absolutely loved the cut, the products and the result.

I've been going to Nicole at Aveda Urban Therapy for years and it's a treat every time. The staff are so friendly and the salon is lovely. Not only is Nicole and awesome person, she's also an absolute hair wizard and always makes my hair look amazing!

Another wonderful haircut from the talented and wonderful Alex W. I went from boring shoulder length long with no bangs, to funky chin length bob with fringe and new caramel coloured highlights. I couldn’t have been in better hands than Alex’s. Very happy!

Lovely welcoming salon. Had my hair coloured,highlights and cut by Alex W, who did an amazing job. All the staff are friendly and the young girl who washed the colour off my hair did so without splashing my face, best hair wash I've ever had!
I can highly recommend Alex W, great stylist and one of the loveliest people I've ever met.
The salon has a lovely cosy feel, none of the harsh lighting some salons seem to favour. I felt really relaxed and could have stayed there all day watching the stylists work their magic!
Definitely returning, already booked my next two appointments!

Love going to Aveda Urban therapy. They look after you and ensure you are relaxed and looked after. Complementary head and shoulder massages and tea and coffee too! My hair always looks great after going to Aveda Urban therapy.

this was such a wonderful first experience as ive never been to a salon before, millie was so kind, bubbly and we had a great conversation, she was professional and styled and cut my hair exactly how i wanted it, couldn't have been happier!

I spent years trying to find a hairdresser who got me and I finally found that person in Alex. I totally trust her with my hair and enjoy every appointment as she’s such a fun person to talk to. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I am super fussy with my curly hair but Craig was super knowledgeable and Nd talented and transformed my hair! I got so many compliments yesterday and he will deffo be my new curly hair go to stylist! So amazing!

Went to Urban Therapy yesterday for my cut and blow dry and conditioning treatment. Felt ten years younger when I came out. All ready for Christmas now.

Abbie is so friendly and understands exactly what I'm looking for regarding hairstyle etc. which is good because I change my hairstyle every visit!

First appointment with Craig.
He dry cut my hair which was different, but I could see the shape he was making and was pleased. Great curls when he dried my hair.
He is interesting to talk to and also interested in me too. I feel appreciated.
Now I’ve washed and styled my hair myself, I am really happy with the cut and will be back to see him.

I went to Aveda for the 1st time to have a restyle as I hated my current hair. I couldn't be more happier with the cut and the style, its exactly what I wanted and feels so much better. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future

Everytime I've come to Nicole, her hair cuts have been absolutely amazing. I've had bad experiences in the past with my haircuts because of my curly hair, but Nicole knows exactly what she's doing (which is why I've been to her 3 times now) and listens to exactly what you want for your hair. She is also super warm and friendly which makes a usually stressful experience (for me) super relaxed and enjoyable. If you are thinking with booking with her I 10000% recommend. The staff there as well are soooo lovely.

I couldn’t recommend Millie and the salon enough!! I’ve bounced from salon to salon trying to find one where the stylist listens and explains what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Millie made feel at ease and reassured the whole way through my appointment. I felt listened to and I loved the outcome and the care she put into my hair. This was the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon, thank you!

My hairstylist did an excellent job in making my hair healthy and I knew which products she was putting in my hair, which brought volume and curls.

Overall, the whole atmosphere of Aveda Urban Therapy is very calming.
The service was excellent, and the value that all of them put in their work is amazing.
And the experience of getting your hair treated here is incredible, it feels like you’re in a VIP professional hair salon, it’s an amazing experience.

The only thing I would say is it would be really nice if the hair and scalp treatment was always £50.00, as I know more people would come at this price because £60.00 is a bit too pricey, because I want to do this treatment at least more than once. As I would love to do this treatment again for my hair to be even healthier.

As usual Abbie is friendly, polite and very talented. She listens to the customer and gives exceptional service.

A blissful, dreamy and much needed scalp treatment for my bleach abused head. Millie was very thorough in explaining how each phase of the treatment worked to restore and revitalise my scalp. Even after just 1 treatment my scalp no longer felt tight or itchy and the advice on using products at home had been really helpful in maintaining good scalp health. Thoroughly recommend this treatment to others.

I love new hair day with Alex! We have a thorough consult to go over design ideas & colour combinations/blends before cutting and bleaching. Best part of my appointments is seeing how excited Alex gets as she completes each new design. I love her creativity and enthusiasm and how she enables me to wake up each day with a bright, bold, totally unique look. Nothing but good vibes

Been to many places in Nottingham for hair appointments and can say I had the best experience at aveda, very welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and the services are very fairly priced. Millie gave me a lovely cut and blow dry will definitely be coming again

I've been a regular at Urban therapy since 2010. I took my 13 year old granddaughter in for her 1st Salon wash, cut & blow dry. She has very long quite curly hair and Millie did a fantastic job, my granddaughter absolutely loved it. She also really put her at ease, chatting about her favourite subject...Football!! I'll definitely be taking her back
