Bliss Hair Salon - Nottingham

Today after lots of dithering i went blue! I listened to Emelies advice and trusted in her judgement. I’m thrilled with result. Thank you.

I went to a new stylist because my original stylist left bliss. I brought a few reference photos of what I wanted (a shag with a fringe) and was given a blunt straight fringe and long layers. The stylist didn't seem bothered that I wasn't happy with my hair. I messaged the bliss Instagram account asking for the name of the salon my previous stylist went to and I was blocked by them. My haircut is horrible. Parts of my original fringe was even missed and the fringe is uneven. It's a genuinely horrible haircut and then to be blocked for asking about my old stylist is a horrible way to treat a customer. I'm so disappointed.

Charlotte has given me an amazing new hair colour. We talked last time about what would work and she pointed me towards colours I’d not thought of. Everyone that’s seen it today had said how beautiful it looks! She dried it straight today, I usually, have it curly and it looks great. She had a great way with clients and made me feel so much better about my hair.

Natasha was amazing. Listened to what I wanted, made a couple of suggestions and got exactly what I wanted. She is an absolute superstar. After a couple of years of not being able to afford to get my hair done elsewhere, I’m back, and won’t be leaving again.

Lovely cut and beautiful head massage by Somer. Very relaxing experience, topped off with a beautiful cup of coffee. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Somer was my stylist, she was attentive, on time, professional and I'm really happy with the result.

I am happy got British sign language at salon so I will go there again for easy to communicate. Natasha is brilliant doing my hair and I am very satisfied with my hair. Next time I will get hair colour from her.

I came in the week before for a consultation and I felt so welcome. I was booked in with Charlotte and both my consultation and throughout my service she made sure I was comfortable and happy. The end result was amazing and was what I wanted and more. Would definitely recommend!!

I have menopausal, wispy hair and Somer recommended a treatment that has transformed my hair. Along with such a perfect cut and listening to what I needed, I walked out of the salon with amazing, beautiful hair for the first time in years!!

Maya was excellent and really listened to what I needed and gave me her opinions but not in an imposing way. She had good client relationship skills, manners and respect and was funny too. Had a refresh on my balayage and went for a copper twist.
All the stylists in the salon were great at helping me decide on colour and cut as I was unsure what to go for.

Maya gives a great cut, head massage , cup of tea, and conversation. Very impressed.

Maya has again done a wonderful job on my hair! This time I wanted a lighter blonde and Maya has gave me exactly what I wanted. My appointment was a perfect mental reset from a rubbish few weeks and Maya was patient with me throughout the appointment. I’m not the best with hair care but Maya has advised on a hair mask and was able to provide the products suggested at the end of the appointment.

Natasha also helped with my hair and helped me book in for my next appointments and was really helpful.

I’m always warmly greeted at Bliss. Can’t wait for my next appointment! See you soon!

Spent the morning getting pampered. Always use Bliss as a time to reset and relax and not to stress. Maya, Charlotte, Somer and Natasha were all in this morning and each one was lovely to me as always. I always feel welcomed and really appreciate the time spent on my hair.

Maya has to put up with a lot from me as I never know what I want and she takes the time to create something I absolutely adore! Maya is the reason for my new tinsel hair obsession!!!

I am so often disappointed with hair cuts. Bliss has been my go to for years, as they do it best and I always feel comfortable. I can never get people to understands exactly what I want. I also have curly hair, which is difficult to cut, and often people aren’t able to style it effectively. Natasha understood immediately, did exactly what I wanted, finger curled it without even been told. I had 30 mins of peace and quietness. Will definitely be booking again! Natasha is excellent!
