The usual fabulous service. Erica is always professional, friendly and efficient. She knows how I like my hair and always delivers. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the salon and all staff greet you with a smile.

No waiting around. All staff very pleasant and helpful. The timing between procedures is the best I’ve ever known.
I return to this salon because I get what I ask for.
Price of £80 is what is expect but would not like to pay any more.

Had the most beautiful Copper highlights to top up baliage done several months ago.

Excellent haircut.

I came out of the hairdressers feeling just how you are meant too, highly satisfied and very happy with the service I received from the very courteous staff at KH hair. It was my first time at this hairdressers and I was nervous but I was soon at ease, everything was fully explained to me and I was more than happy to have them cut and colour my hair, the highlights look great, I would certainly recommend KH and I now consider them my regular hairdressers ?‍♀️

I love Erica, she knows what is best for my hair, and advises me at each appointment. I feel a million dollars afterwards. I always get lovely comments from friends, and, strangers. I am totally a lovely natural grey so do need advice about colour.

Both mum and me was really really pleased with our styles. We visited the salon before our girly trip to London. We did not have to worry about doing our hair and feeling good.

Had to change my appointment at the last minute but manager to sort it for me

As always the salon is clean and very friendly. Been going here for years and not once had a bad experience. Erica is always very professional as are all the staff in KN Sutton in Ashfield . Erica advised what she would do with the colour and I always go with her recommendation as she has never steered me wrong. This time roots were done and the colour was just combed through the length to dive multi tonal hues to my dark brown hair. Erica is an asset to the KH brand.

I Love coming to see Leah and getting my hair cut at KH . She’s so talented , professional and friendly . Didn’t know what my hair needed on first visit about 2 years ago and left styling to her and never looked back. I love the style she chose and am so grateful I just walked in that day and asked for a good cut! I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere now. Looking to get colouring done shortly and have utmost trust it will be well done after speaking to Leah about it.

Erica always does a great job

The salon is clean and friendly and staff are efficient.

After leaving the Salon, I thought about the price. I am usually charged around £30 for a cut but on Saturday I was charged £43.
It makes me ask if this is catch up after COVID.

I was in the chair (after shampoo) for around 10 minutes.
I asked around other (top) hairdressers and the average price was £25.

So, I would like an explanation as to why I am paying so much
