I love coming to KH Sutton in Ashfield. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming. Leah is a lovely young lady and is a credit to the salon. The stylists are all very friendly, chatty and smiling. I have always been extremely happy and satisfied with the service received by the wonder KH team.

I had my hair done today by Erica, as I have done for many years now. She is an absolutely amazing hair dresser with a friendly and professional attitude. Erica always know exactly what to suggest for new ideas for my hair and I completely trust her to do a brilliant job.

I would recommend Keith halo Sutton and Erica to anyone, her work is flawless.

This is also the first time I have visited the salon since lockdown, I felt safe and secure with all the COViD-19 measures that have been put in place at Keith Hall Sutton. It was very clean, and it’s clear that Erica and her team have taken on board all the government advice and guidelines:

I had foil colours and a cut and blow dry yesterday. The new regulations are all enforced , together with the usual quality hair styling and many friendly faces.

I was nervous to go but I soon felt at ease as everything had been done to make the salon safe. Everything was cleaned as soon as a client had gone and the sinks were all partitioned time make one feel safe. Erica made me feel comfortable and I came out feeling better having my hair cut and coloured after 5 months. I have made my next appointment for 6 weeks time.

Iv been having my hair done by sarah for just under a year now and she is very skilled. I trust her judgement, her creativity and I love our chats. It’s hard for a salon to impress me as i’m very picky client and been to a lot of salons all over the world. I always leave the salon feeling impressed and in love with my hair even when Iv asked for a different style most times haha. The atmosphere is great and the other girls in the shop are friendly, warm and welcoming. The salon is very clean and tidy too and there has been a lot of effort to create a safe and mindful environment during covid. This salon doesn’t dissapiont.

One of the nice things is not having to explain how much to cut, Erica knows! The whole experience from the washing right through to leaving is so relaxing! My hair is soft and shiny. Well done on the social distancing and meeting requirements, so worth the wait to get my hair right!

I have been going to Erica for 2 years now after a terrible experience in Doncaster. My problem area is still there but Erica guides me through dealing with a every time.

Was very much looking forward to having my hair coloured and styled for the first time since March and I was certainly not disappointed. Sarah has done a great job after 4 months of my husband thinking he was Vidal sassoon and my hair looks and feels lovely

First appointment after lockdown l found the measures the salon staff have put it place to keep both themselves and the clients safe to be excellent.,and well thought out l felt very safe and cared for and my hair is fabulous as always ,So a well deserved 5 stars for Erica and her team l am already looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent treatment as usual even under unusual circumstances

Excellent as always. I was nervous about going in these unusual times, but when I arrived the nerves went as it was so highly organised. I didn’t need to worry about anything. I was guided through all I needed to do. The hair cut and colour were absolutely superb- I’d never go anywhere else.

Great to be back in the salon...a brave shorter cut losing several inches! Feels amazing.

I had my appointment with Sarah yesterday after 15 weeks of lockdown. They gave me an appointment as soon as they could fit me in after reopening and I was extremely happy. My hair was in desperate need of a good cut and extra dying due to my greys that had taken over. The service was excellent. Sarah always knows exactly how I like my hair cutting and styling and the result this time was, as always, fabulous. The atmosphere is lovely and lively and the staff are all brilliant. The salon was spotless and my temperature was taken on arrival giving piece of mind all round. I can’t fault KH Sutton and I’ve been going for years and will continue to, as I consider it the best hair salon in the area.
