My hair looks lovely again. Everyone is so professional and friendly. It's always great to come to the salon.

As lovely as ever to have my hair trimmed by Erica. My hair looks fabulous.

Although things have changed due to civid, Erica had made sure that everything felt safe and comfy. I still felt pampered and special just as before. Very relaxing.

As always very professional. Made to feel safe from covid19. Temperature checked on arrival Visa worn by Stylist. Happy to have hair cut again in safe environment.

I was nervous to go but I soon felt at ease as everything had been done to make the salon safe. Everything was cleaned as soon as a client had gone and the sinks were all partitioned time make one feel safe. Erica made me feel comfortable and I came out feeling better having my hair cut and coloured after 5 months. I have made my next appointment for 6 weeks time.

Iv been having my hair done by sarah for just under a year now and she is very skilled. I trust her judgement, her creativity and I love our chats. It’s hard for a salon to impress me as i’m very picky client and been to a lot of salons all over the world. I always leave the salon feeling impressed and in love with my hair even when Iv asked for a different style most times haha. The atmosphere is great and the other girls in the shop are friendly, warm and welcoming. The salon is very clean and tidy too and there has been a lot of effort to create a safe and mindful environment during covid. This salon doesn’t dissapiont.

One of the nice things is not having to explain how much to cut, Erica knows! The whole experience from the washing right through to leaving is so relaxing! My hair is soft and shiny. Well done on the social distancing and meeting requirements, so worth the wait to get my hair right!

I have been going to Erica for 2 years now after a terrible experience in Doncaster. My problem area is still there but Erica guides me through dealing with a every time.

Excellent service from the salon felt very safe and comfortable there given the circumstances thought the temperature check on arrival an excellent idea would highly recommend

Was very much looking forward to having my hair coloured and styled for the first time since March and I was certainly not disappointed. Sarah has done a great job after 4 months of my husband thinking he was Vidal sassoon and my hair looks and feels lovely

On arrival, I was reassured and felt very comfortable and confident in all the safety measures put into place. Clearly, the team have worked very hard to make this happen. Excellent treatment as usual even under unusual circumstances

Excellent as always. I was nervous about going in these unusual times, but when I arrived the nerves went as it was so highly organised. I didn’t need to worry about anything. I was guided through all I needed to do. The hair cut and colour were absolutely superb- I’d never go anywhere else.

Great to be back in the salon...a brave shorter cut losing several inches! Feels amazing.

I had my appointment with Sarah yesterday after 15 weeks of lockdown. They gave me an appointment as soon as they could fit me in after reopening and I was extremely happy. My hair was in desperate need of a good cut and extra dying due to my greys that had taken over. The service was excellent. Sarah always knows exactly how I like my hair cutting and styling and the result this time was, as always, fabulous. The atmosphere is lovely and lively and the staff are all brilliant. The salon was spotless and my temperature was taken on arrival giving piece of mind all round. I can’t fault KH Sutton and I’ve been going for years and will continue to, as I consider it the best hair salon in the area.

The extensive safety precautions the salon took gave me a great deal of reassurance that the safety of their customers and staff was of upmost importance. Very delighted to have my hair cut and very comforted by the efforts all the salon staff took to stay safe.

When they took my temperature when I 1st entered I had a slight panic attack thinking what if I have a high temperature but didn’t know and they banished me and my roots. However luckily I was well and got to be pampered and my roots were soon a bad memory. Well organised and everyone working at KH were very professional.

Totally professional service with everything in place to make staff and customers feel protected and safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and great to see everyone again. I have been going to K H Sutton for 17 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.
