I always choose Amy when I visit. Amy is always friendly, helpful and listens to what I want. I also feel that she offers guidance and advice that is best for you. When I ask her anything it is more of a conversation rather than being told what to do or trying to just push products

As always Jess did a fabulous job of my hair & I love it. KH west Bridgford is not in my local area & I pass probably over 20 salons to get to it but I just can’t have anyone else to do my hair! She listens to exactly what you want & creates it even if it requires more effort, she gives me great tips to keep my hair in good condition & she’s become a lovely friend over the years. All the staff are so friendly & Lisa on reception is always smiling & is so lovely with the customers. I’ve been twice during the pandemic & I’ve felt completely safe both times.

Given the present Covid-19 climate and having recently come out of shielding I was slightly anxious when visiting the salon today. My concerns were soon laid to rest on seeing the familiar friendly faces at KH Hair West Bridgford.
It was comforting to see how well the salon was managed, safety obviously being a priority.
Stephanie always friendly and cheerful did an amazing job on my hair as always, I came away feeling so much better than I did prior to my visit.

Excellent cut! It was exactly what I asked for - my hair is fine and flyaway and Jessica’s cut has given it body and bounce, I am extremely happy with the style. Jessica is knowledgable, helpful and I have made my next two appointments with her because her diary fills up fast!

I had such a good experience and haircut at KH. I was nervous about how it would be but everything was so safe and clean and clear all necessary safety measures were in place. All the staff were super friendly, I’m so happy with my cut and styling by Brandon, he listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. I’ll definitely be back.

As always Erin is friendly, professional and an excellent stylist. I would never hesitate to recommend her highly.

Came in to the salon yesterday to see Amy and from the minute I walked into the salon with Lisa's lovely smile and welcome, to Amy doing wonders on my hair I was so relaxed I barely spoke. Fantastic experience, my hair looks beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. To boot apart from the masks I didn't even feel like Covid 19 existed. Well done xxx

My first time having my hair cut by Hannah and I would ask for her again and again. She listened really carefully to what I wanted and did exactly that. She was very friendly and chatty but not too much- it was a very chilled and relaxing experience.

I'm typically a person that's hard to please and have never written a review. However felt compelled to following my experience last Friday at the West Bridgford salon. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and the atmosphere lovely, no bitchiness! Clean environment, felt safe given the current pandemic. I had a restyle and colour with Jessica. I've had bad experiences in the past and was nervous, but Jessica was fantastic. She listened to what l wanted, gave advice and did a marvellous job. She made changes to my hair that enhanced it for the better. I love the colour, cut and have washed my hair and can still manage it home, which is great! I'll definitely be going back to experience more. Thank you so much Jessica ?

It was great to be back in the salon - I’d been a very loyal customer and not dyed or cut my hair (apart from my fringe) during lockdown or since, so I was starting to look like a scarecrow! Amy took a lot of time and care over my treatments as always, but for a first visit back I thought she went the extra mile, which I appreciated. I missed the coffee but a small price to pay for safety

Really pleased with my hair today. Brandon worked so hard. The highlights are very evenly spread out and it looks lots better. Felt very well looked after.

Really pleased with my recent visit to KH Hair this weekend. Returning to the salon post lockdown and I felt very safe in the salon and had no concerns at all. The service I received was a high standard that I always receive here so made my appointment very pleasant. Amy cut and coloured my hair and it looked amazing afterwards which it very much needed! Really glad I went and I look forward to my next appointment :)
