Saks Hair & Beauty West Bridgford

If I could give zero stars to Saks Hair Salon, I would. I booked in for lowlights, expecting a subtle, multi-dimensional look, but what I got was a flat, lifeless blob of color—hardly the professional finish I was paying for.

To make matters worse, the technician’s approach was unnecessarily rough. Despite me repeatedly telling her about my sensitive scalp, she continued to yank at my hair, ignoring the clear discomfort I was in. It got so bad during the blow-dry that I had to ask her to stop because I simply couldn’t take it anymore.

And then, as if the entire ordeal wasn’t bad enough, she suggested I book in for a haircut next! Unbelievable, given the subpar service and lack of care throughout the appointment.

Saks, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience ,I was booked in for a facial ,Carlo explained in a professional manner that as I have had recent eye surgery it wasn’t appropriate to continue .Instead I was reared to a Devine head and shoulder massage .I’m delighted and looking forward to my next visit
