She seemed quite abrupt in her manner when discussing cut required and at the end when finished didn’t engage with my concerns , I don’t think understood them .

I have had short hair for years and Jade is the only hairdresser that has consistently done my hair to perfection. She's very conscientious and listens carefully which is very important.

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday having seen the excellent cut a friend recently had with Elena. Having used the same salon, stylist and colour technician for 20 years (which is now out of area for me) I was slightly nervous about making the change. I didn’t need to be! Elena was absolutely terrific. She spent so much time talking through the colour and styling. She was brilliantly honest and clearly very experienced. The time, effort and energy she put into this first cut and colour with her were so appreciated and so reassuring. (And let’s mention her phenomenal head massage skills too! Wow!) The end result is absolutely gorgeous, it’s above and beyond what I’d hoped for and I will most definitely be returning and using Elena from now on. It feels great to support a more local business but without compromising on quality and outcome. I’m more than delighted with this cut and colour ; and the pricing was incredibly good too. Thank you Elena!

Went in for a restyle and it was perfect, I got exactly what I wanted. Hitesh is a true professional. The salon is clean and tidy, staff are always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

First time going to this salon but felt at ease straight away. Jade listened and gave good, professional advice about the style I was looking to achieve. I left feeling great and with a fabulously transformed hairstyle. Very relaxing head massage too. Will certainly return.

The service in the shop was very good and the girls were nice, however I asked for a bouncy blow dry and my hair dropped within an hour of it being done. My hair was blow dried basically straight and then curled. As someone who has had a fair few bouncy blow dries I have never had my hair done this way. I had to try and redo my hair in a rush after my appointment as it went completely straight after an hour. Also my hair felt quite damaged and dry since having my hair done a lot of product was in my hair. Was very unhappy with the result.

This was a first visit for me to the salon, and I'm delighted with my cut. I was given good advice on treatments and products, and felt very well taken care of. I don't live locally, but am a fairly frequent visitor to the area so will visit the salon again!!

Brilliant service at JH Hair, both of my appointments were relaxed their COVID-19 standards were excellent and thorough My hair cut and colour were the usual high standard & the kerastraight is so good I’m so happy!

After months of waiting and hoping no one at work would point out my old ginger toned hair and very obvious roots, I was finally able to get back into the salon. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly and I loved that the staff were protected as much as the customers in regards to PPE. Sophie was absolutely brilliant and very easy to talk to. I’m in love with my newly transformed hair and have had many compliments. Even though I’ve only visited the salon twice I am gutted that I only have one more appointment before I move out of Banbury. This salon is the only one I’ve ever been to that makes you feel completely at ease as soon as you walk through the door and I would recommend anyone to go here!

After months of lock down my hair was in dire need of some TLC which it has received in abundance, the cut and colour is fabulous and I feel amazing.
Even though I had to wear a face mask and Sophie had a visor Sophie still had a pleasant smile and conversation.

I was so happy to return to JH hair salon following an awesome Balayage colour in Feb. The lockdown had my hair seeing better day and was in desperate need of rejuvenating.

All covid-19 precautions were taken and at no point during my visit did I feel I was being placed at any unnecessary risk.

Sophie was brilliant in guiding my colour choice to ensure it was in keeping with my current colour, which I still very much loved, and ensured my refreshed hair made me feel fantastic when leaving the salon.
