Absolutely love coming to RJ’s as it’s such a nice experience. Super friendly staff and always chatty, happy to give you advice/ideas and make your salon visit relaxing. My hair always looks and feels amazing after coming here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My hair was cut by Amber. She always does a fab-u-lous job and makes me look beautiful, which is no mean feat. I would totally recommend her but I think she has too many clients and works too hard already!
Tracey listened to what I wanted, chatted it through and did it! Looks nice, very pleased with it.

Had a lovely time at Rj’s . Amber always makes you feel comfortable there. Went from dark to light colour just had to put some toner on due to blending out the colour. My hair looks amazing

I've always been really fussy about hairdressers but I've been going to RJs for about 4 years now and have never been disappointed. All the staff are friendly. Amber always listens to what I want and gives really good advice- I trust her with my hair completely! The environment is fun and relaxing and I'm always made to feel like a valued customer. The prices are also reasonable which makes a big difference! I recommend RJs to all my friends.

The cut and colour were both perfect and Tracey really listens to what you'd like.

Best salon I’ve ever been to! The prices are amazing! And the service is second to non! Amber does my hair and I woudnt trust anyone else! She recently dyed my hair for my birthday! I went from my Natural light brown to a ginger! I absolutely love it! I’m also growing my hair so this all happened with no damage. Wish I would insert a photo of how good it looks! Last week I had an appointment with amber she is lovely! I showed her a picture of the colour I’d like to go. She told me she would do her best but cudnt garentee it would be the same as I was going from my natural hair colour to wanting a natural ginger. The colour turned out incredible!! She also managed to do all this with out causing any damage to my hair! So it didn’t need cutting! I absolutely love r and jay in Banbury!! Would not trust any one else with my hair!!

I had a fairly pleasant experience at RJs, everyone looked after me well, I was offered 2 hot drinks and magazines to read, my highlights came out well, although I would of preferred more lighter ones at the front and less dark base colour.

I have been having my hair done by Amber for a couple of years now, I will not go anywhere else, both my children go here and I can leave them in Ambers capable hands without me needing to stay for the duration......
I have a soon to be 13yr old girl who insisted on having her hair coloured, we had a sit down with Amber and discussed the best option for her hair, I tend to find salons quite clicks and uncomfortable but all the ladies at RJs are friendly & welcoming, plus the gents downstairs xx
