The receptionist was good ... The hair dresser needs to go on a customer service course ..was Imature didn't know how to speak to a paying customer ... She wasn't happy The way I wanted my hair cut ..it's okay giving advice but you do listen to the customer ..took my apron off in a aragont manner .. Then whispered something to the receptionist as I walked towards her to pay ... Then walked off to the other customer and told the receptionist to take the payment ... I was told the people worked at so wasnt really nice but I thought I'm just going to have a hair cut iv done it before several times in other hairdressers but here wasn't a really good atmosphere ! Won't come back ..and wouldn't recommend to others !

Very professional, but still friendly and chatty.
Nails look great and the experience was pleasant.
Bit more expensive than most of the other salons in the area, but the products are better quality and the service is better.

Natalie did my luxury manicure and pedicure, so helpful, helping me decide on colours and full of advice about how to look after my nails. Thank you Natalie, I will be back.

Really pleased and happy with the outcome of my spray tan. Was made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as I came in for my appointment. Great professional service. Will defiantly be going back.

From the time i went in till the time i left.

I went to the salon to have shellac, lashes and a haircut and was very impressed with my experience from start to finish. Theit online booking system was fantastic and the service I received as soon as I arrived was wonderful. The end result was high quality and very good value considering they use quality products. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Absolutely delightful visit today. Had my hair cut by Billie and she did an amazing job. Cut it just how I wanted and made it healthier and put all the weight and movement back in to it. Also recommended me to use Purple shampoo to make my blonde last longer and to make it more vibrant. Good price to pay too. All in all very happy!

Amazing work, great service, very happy with my nails and spray tan. Fake tan can be undignified and uncomfortable. so... made it a relaxing experience and looks lovely afterwards. Definitely would recommend. Thanks team So...

This was my first visit to So Salon & I am happy to say I enjoyed having Shellac applied to my finger & toe nails. Rebecca was very concientious & friendly. The Latte & popcorn were delicious & brought a smile to my face. Would recommend & will be back.

Once again yet another fab visit to my hairdressing salon ...a warm smiley welcome ...Zoe as always knowing just how I want it cut and styled ....love the walk to the reception feeling 6ft tall with bouncy curls ...so have no qualms paying my bill it's worth every penny ...

My sisters both love there Hair now thanks to Sadie they said they will be definitely will be going back to her

Today I had my first shellac pedicure ever and it was great. It was also my first time at Sobanbury where I had recommendations from two friends. I will certainly go back. Everybody was very nice and helpful, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The place is clean and the pedicure excellent.

Lady that did my hair was lovely and did a fab job with my hair. Can't remember her name but from what I recall she was the senior stylist. She was chatty and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely keep having my hair done and might try having my nails done too!

Great team for all your beauty treatments and hair.There prices are good and you can always rely on any advice they give you.Best thing is they actually LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT

My stylist was very lovely and I was treated well, sadly my hair was cut 2-3inches shorter than I requested so I won't be returning.

Service with a smile and a friendly ear. Good cut and chat with Sadie.
