I had three different things and wasn't kept waiting at any point.

Always nervous having anything done to my hair, as a serial DIY-er.
Wanted something a little braver than usual and so took the plunge and went to a the professionals. Sadie was amazing, she understood exactly what I wanted, and has done such a great job. I have never left a salon happier with my hair.

Had my nails done for the first time at so today by Chloe and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Everyone in the salon was friendly. It had a lovely atmosphere I will definitely be going again

Everyones seems really friendly and chatty, service with the extra mile (variety of refreshments) Have been having acrylic nails for a while but was desperate to find a salon which didn't use nail drills, which they don't here at So. The lady took really good care filling and conditioning my nails and they look amazing! Super happy with always been going back. Really good colour selection as well! ????

Had a one off facial - and following I booked my pre-wedding treatments, facial, tan, nails and HD brows. Friendly, knowledgable, professional staff. I'm not a spa-goer 'usually' but I've been converted! I felt at ease and not out of place or running for the door, which was my preconceived and completely irrational fear! A great place.

My enhancements were in a dreadful state today but Robin very patiently and professionally repaired every one. It took longer than usual but she was very positive and professional throughout and my nails are now absolutely beautiful again!

Well what a service! I went in about half 1 and asked if they had same day appointment for removal of acrylics then shellac.

Lovely welcome, offer of a drink, took my coat, very polite! Always smiling. Took me step by step through the appointment on what they were doing.

Offered me a treatment of solar oil which I brought - help me strengthen nails! Then booked my next 4 appointments in!

From the consultation to the finished style Zoe and the So team were professional, friendly and fabulous! I was offered a 15 minute consultation the day I called up to go through my colour options. I then went back to see my strand tests and had the choice of 4 shades, not just one. And on the day I was supplied with Lattes, magazines and good conversation throughout my visit. I also had a stroppy preteen with me who was given the wifi password and a comfy chair meaning she was silent the whole of my appointment. I can't fault anyone from start to finish.

I saw on Facebook that the boards were up so emailed to see what time the salon was open to. I was advised that they would book me in for a later appointment at the promotional rate. I went for my appointment at 5.30 with Zoe and even parked in town for free! I have a lovely cut and finish now and I cannot recommend So enough!! My only regret!! I forgot to stop at the cash point for a tip to give both Zoe and the lad who washed my hair!! I promise to make this up to you the next time I come in!

I had waxing done by Bella. Lovely girl, polite, friendly and very professional. I prefer the wax they use as it's a lot less painful and doesn't sting afterwards. I would highly recommend the Salon...and Bella.

My trip today was excellent. I was delighted that they had walk I'm slots and when I usually have my hair cut I am in the salon for ~2 hours and almost always get talked in to having layers which I instantly regret because if my hair type. Not this time within half an hour my hair was washed cut and dried and not a bit of pressure to have layers put in. Very impressed. And very reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend.
