Yasmin is an awesome hairdresser, just the right mix of chatty but not insanely so. You know how some hairdressers chew your ear off constantly? Well Yasmin is just spot on. As for the actual hair cutting, she’s taken my hair from lank and frankly quite awful to a really nice cut. She interpreted really well what I was trying to convey when I first went in and has managed to make my once long hair look super good in a seriously short style.

I booked a last minute appointment on a Saturday and had no problems. As soon as I arrived I was taken care of and offered a drink. My stylist was very professional and friendly. She listened to my needs and delivered exactly what I wanted. Highly highly recommend this salon.

Hitesh is amazing! I very rarely get my hair cut, because I don’t know what will suit me and I’m always disappointed with the result. No longer!

Hitesh spent a good 15 minutes with me
to talk about the options, understand what I wanted and then recommended the best approach. I’d booked in for a full head of highlights and cut, but ended up with baylage and cut and absolutely love it! It means that if I don’t go back to the hairdresser for a while, I won’t have terrible roots to worry about as he recommended keeping my roots natural.

The cut itself is fantastic - a dramatic change and i couldn’t be happier. He also gave me a couple of ideas as to how to maintain the style - a 2 minute fix and a more time consuming method but with great results.

Seriously worth every penny and I’ll be booking myself back in for a gloss treatment as recommended.

I am new to Banbury and new to Toni and Guy salons. Trying a new hairdresser is as anxiety provoking as trying a new dentist or GP. I needn't have worried. Emma listened attentively to what I tried to describe and I invited her to make suggestions too. I was happy to take her advice and I am totally blown away with the result. A wonderful first visit to Toni and Guy. The salon was clean, bright and modern. I was greeted when I arrived and seated straight away. After discussing with Emma what I wanted I had a very relaxing hair wash and condition in a massage chair. I was offered a hot and cold drink and given a selection of up to date magazines. I love my new haircut, it is exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be using Toni and Guy from now on and have already booked my next appointment online for a trim in 8 weeks time. Emma does a fantastic job of cutting my long wavy hair and does the best blow drys. Today I took my little girl for a hair cut and it was another great experience. Emma was patient and kind with my little girl who is only 3 1/2 years old and her big curly hair looks lovely. Thank you :-)

I have been coming to Toni and guy in banbury for a long time & I have always been given nothing but the highest of standards. For as long as the salon is here I doubt I will attend another hairdresser!
Andrea is fabulous and so attentive- she always makes me feel so welcome & ensures the best treatment for my hair. Communication is outstanding as she always discusses in detail the plan for my hair, listens & answers all my questions and ensures I’m happy with everything! I also would like to say how fabulous Nikki is when cutting my hair - her attention to detail is so comforting!
The atmosphere at Toni & guy is very professional and very relaxed. Everyone is very attentive and kind I couldn’t ask for a better salon experience!!

Not living in the area I thought it would be difficult to get my hair cut for a family wedding but they fitted me in & I am more than happy with the service & a lovely cut. Great advice from Emma & lovely welcome from all the staff. Great experience.

Fringe cut

Fringe cut good, stylist (don't know her name) was polite. However, was charge £5 for fringe cut which, in 10+ years of using this Toni and Guy salon, I’ve never been charged for before. I asked reveptionist about the charge and she was totally unhelpful with why/how long charge had been in place!
