Had a colour and cut at Toni and Guy yesterday. Had amazing service from Leo who gives the most amazing head massages. He really took the time to ensure there was no colour left on my hairline. Very impressed and a credit to the Salon.

After Answering an Advertisement for Store models, I today attended my appointment. Student Leon, was very focused & gave the customer much confidence in his ability. He had a very calming nature & offered a Great hair wash & head massage. My hair was cut well under the " watchful eye of the store Manager who assisted Leon with useful knowledge & professionalism.
I have been a Model for Toni& Guy ( at a different salon) previously but it was some years ago, today's visit did not disappoint,& it was of the same High standard you expect from their salons. Thank You for your Services, & I Hope to see you again as your training progresses.

Hitesh has been my hairstylist for the last 5 - 6 years now. I have really appreciated how he has kept persuading me to come back for another good trim. After my hair reacted badly to heat whilst having my hair put up at the salon last weekend. I returned to the salon to have a trim and treatment to rejuvenate my hair. I didn’t blame the salon or stylist from last week at all. However, all of the staff were so understanding and helpful and truly went above and beyond to help get my hair back on track. I have come out of the salon today with my hair back to normal! Please pass my thanks to all the team at Banbury, excellent customer care on every level!!

A very positive experience all around, from booking, checking in, service, friendliness of all staff, washing including head massage, and an excellent, really nice job done by Rachel! Best hair cut in quite some time, and with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. I will definitely consider making the trip to Banbury again for the haircut alone (was just passing through for other reasons this time), time permitting. Thank you! :)
